"Convenience Store"? Pretty inconvenient considering they removed all prices from their products in-store. I asked the clerk how to tell how much stuff costs, and she told me she could ring up items individually at the counter to check for me. I asked her why there's no prices displayed, to which she replied that "big wigs" made the decision. Forgive me if I'm old school, but I expect to see prices of products before checking out. Don't waste your time with this Inconvenient Convenience Store.

My oil light came on as I was driving so I stopped by this Sinclair to put more in my car. I hadn't done this in a long time, so I wasn't sure what type to use and how much. Caed and Alex were very helpful to me. They were kind, professional, and went above and beyond to get me safely back on the road again. Caed helped research what strength to use. Alex came out to my car and put the oil in for me. I appreciated their assistance so much and am so glad this is where I stopped. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a gas stop that provides excellent service. Thank you!

Stopped for gas and the pump wouldn't take my card. Tried two other cards, but nothing worked. Went to harmons pumps, everything worked great. I'll never visit this Sinclair again.

This Gas station is always clean and well kept. Their food is also great. I often times get the chicken tenders for lunch. This morning I got the biscuits and Gravy for breakfast. TOP NOTCH! Their B&G was better than most restaurants.

The most disgusting and unprofessional place. There's always something that doesn't work.

I rather not had it rated one star. But I have no other choice. It’s a customer trap. Tire Pressure service doesn’t even work. But it will take your money. When you call the listed number posted you are able to leave any message since the voicemail box is full. Please don’t fall into this customer trap, located at Sinclair gas station in Draper!!!

Consistently broken pumps. It’s so annoying to have to move your car repeatedly.

Pretty sure the trash hasn't been taken out in 2023. It is spilling over out of every container on the property ... a half dozen or more

I usually come here for Jimmy johns and snacks but tonight chase was working and he seemed drunk. Smelled like alcohol, was shaking, slurred speech, and he struggled just to put my products in the plastic bag.I mean, I can’t judge him for needing a drink if that were the case, but he was on the job and seemed to be struggling. I felt bad for him.

Well, I give you 5 stars because I was happy to grab a Mt Dew and order at the Jimmy John’s inside. My issue was I came in, bought a sandwich at JJ, then a drink at Sinclairs or Ernie’s (whatever you’re called), I went to the bathroom & then sat down to eat, I kept getting watched by the 2 cashier ladies and the non-employee loitering friend hanging out with them, so far no big deal. I finish my sandwich, go to the bathroom again to wash my hands, the guy follows me in like he’s loss prevention or something. Then I leave and say “thanks” to the 2 cashier girls with no response back (rude). Then I was in my car returning texts for about 15 minutes on my cell and the guy kept coming outside and looking at me while smoking a cigarette. I just ignored him as I haven’t done anything wrong and I’ll be leaving in a second. Then when I was about to leave, he comes back out, walks to the side of my car to talk to me, I say “what’s up?, can I help you?”. He says he wanted to know what I’m doing and that sometimes “sketchy” people hang out around here and the girls get nervous. I told him I mean no harm, I’ve only been here a short while and will be leaving soon. I thought it was weird to be treated this way, I dress normal, act friendly, my car is newer, I told look like a druggie, not that it matters I look like your typical Utahn, in fact I was a missionary in my younger days lol. I wonder what they saw suspicious about me lol. My feedback for employees is: Be less paranoid, don’t send your non-employee friends to spy on customers and question them, when a customer leaves and says “thanks” reply with “have a good night” or something similar. I wouldn’t want these employees fired or anything, maybe just reminded to relax & be nicer to customers.

So, this is my first time visiting this location, and I was just needing some quick coffee. Luckily, they had some coffee available, and I was happy for the opportunity to grab some. What did surprise me though, is that they have propane available... But sadly, there were a few signs that they were out of propane. This is right next to a Jimmy john's, well, this shares a building with Jimmy John's. Haha. But, Jimmy John's was closed upon me showing up.Nothing bad about this place, and I'm happy I had the chance to visit. Although, I still think some other gas stations have better coffee options.

Horrible experience. Donna was very crude and rude. She had anger, and she showed it, i had to call family. I know it may of been just technology working but she kept having anger, and put it on me that the gas pump didnt take my card payment so i went inside to pay. Immediately she became angered at me. Tried paying multiple times inside. I was leaving for an out of state trip, and it seemed like i angered her more to buy drinks and food with my gas purchase. I will never go here again. Donna needs further customer service training.
