I think the reason I haven't switched to a pharmacy somewhere more convenient is because these pharmacists are so great!! They've always been so kind to me and helpful with any questions or mishaps.
A lot of pharmacists are understandably grumpy and overworked. Kudos to these guys for keeping their composure and giving awesome customer service.

I've been using this pharmacy for over 5 years, but today an attendant was very rude and almost threw the medicine at me.

I've never had issues with this pharmacy. They seem to be organized and I usually get a text that my RX are ready before the supposed time. (under promise, over deliver!) they're always really helpful to me. Maybe not overly fluffy, but professional, helpful, not condescending (I'm reading others reviews and have been pretty surprised). Some issues that happen - Pharmacy process is they can just call the doctor to get a refill approved, but my doctor does not approve this way and makes me come in. So this is not the pharmacy's fault. Had a weird one recently where because my RX come in at 90 days, but was only filled at 30 day increments (maybe they were low on stock or something)... so I had a .3333 refill left. The computer refused to fill it with my normal request via the app. So it would accept the refill request, but then never happen. Called the pharmacy and explained I should still have .333 refill left - not a problem, he filled it for 30 days only. Yes, thank you! I wouldn't really think this is a problem with customer service so much as glitchy things that don't fit into the normal process that usually works. I'm super bummed that I have to find a new pharmacy because apparently Cigna has been 'negotiating' with Smith's since the beginning of the year and is no longer under current contract with Cigna, so I was paying non-insurance/coupon ($30 syeda rather than free). since I started with Cigna even though it said they were contracted with Smith's when I looked. Again, I'd consider this a Cigna problem, not the pharmacy. Started to transfer my RX over to Costco.... but it has even worse reviews than Smiths, but I've never had a problem here at Smiths. Oh, and I once paid an exorbitant amount for a giant cream that I use like 4 ounces or less in an entire year (I should've looked at the amount/tube before paying $80). Realized this and then found a coupon, they couldn't return it even unopened, but they did credit me back the difference between the coupon I found after coming in and explaining. Saved me $40, definitely less of a gut-punch than the original $80 when I wouldn't be able to use that much in a decade, much less within the shelf-life. So I was pleased they could help me a little with that.

Received a text that my medication was overdue for a refill and if I would like it to be refilled, I responded with yes, went to pick it up yesterday and the older male that works there said that I didn’t have a medication and that my doctor denied the request to refill it, I asked if I could at least have a days dosage because I will get sick, he proceeded to tell me that he cannot give me anything because the doctor denied the request. I have never ever ever been denied a few days worth until I can get into my doctor. This medicine isn’t just a simple medicine, it is for depression and anxiety. People known to go off their medication even after a day can result in suicide. After speaking with my doctor they told me SMITHS never sent them a request!!!!!

This was our first time using Smith’s pharmacy. Jaci the pharmacist was very helpful letting me know that my medication would be in stock and available. When I checked out, the tech was also helpful and gave us a great price on our medication considering we had to pay with good RX. I would highly recommend this pharmacy. We will definitely be back.

Worst pharmacy I've been to. They didn't fill all of my meds and told me to get an over the counter version. I'm prescribed meds for a medical condition and if the over the counter version was sufficient my dr would just have me take that. They also aren't great at communicating and didn't ask me if I had any questions. I'll be switching back to my old pharmacy.

Very poor service and attitude by attendant. Talked to me like I was an idiot for not knowing their process...since I never go to the pharmacy I needed help, not condescension from a 20 year old. Millenials struggle with looking up from their tech and gaming and see people in front of their noses AS ACTUAL PEOPLE...and now they're raising their own kids...good luck humanity, you have no chance.

This pharmacy is amazing the technicians and the pharmacists and the cleanliness and professionalism of this place is unmatched I've been to other Smiths and have not ever received this good treatment as I received at the Smiths I've never known them to be out of stock on anything and when they are and you have to contact your doctor to change the type of prescription or the milligram of prescription in order to be able to get the prescription field that they are out of they are more than happy to do that and they do it timely not to mention if the medication is too expensive or you don't have insurance or even with coupons I got our ex you still can't afford it they will do whatever they can to get that medication the cheapest for you and help you to be able to find resources

Good smiths. Where I get most my medications. They have answered my questions whether they are related to prescriptions or over the counter.
