I love this smiths location! Outstanding customer service. The gentlemen working in the meat section are so friendly and quick to serve. I've also always had an excellent experience with their curbside pickup service. We moved recently from the area to Lehi but I keep coming back to this location due to negative experiences at the Saratoga Springs Smith's location. 100% recommend.

Horrible place. Husband ordered meds one day. We went in around 130. They closed at one and didn't tell him. When we went in to pick up they were closed but the pharmacy staff were still there but wouldn't help him. They fought with him about it at the front of the store. Ridiculous. Now they ban him from the store.

They do a great job communicating and explaining things to you. They fill your prescriptions very quickly, have auto-fill options, a website to order refills and other things, keep up with refills by faxing requests to providers when refills are exhausted, and are caring and polite with their clients. I have been using this particular branch for 2 years and have no desire to ever change.

I would give it zero if I could. Placed a pick up order online today and went to pick it up. It was canceled for no reason. Didn't receive any kind of cancellation notice. They were rude when I talked to them over the phone and had no explanation and would not create the order because by the time I was off hold it was after 5:00, the cut off for ordering. Will find another service. I can see why they only have 2.5 stars average. Probably should be less.

This is a great grocery store! The produce is fresh and the people are kind. Max who runs the grocery pickup ROCKS. He is always so efficient and kind and is so on top of it. I pass two other grocery stores on my way to pick up my groceries from here and it's totally worth it (plus grocery pickup is free if you spend at least $35 which is great). Thanks, Smiths!

Absolutely APPALLED by the treatment I just received in this Smiths. For context, it's the day before Christmas Eve so I expected Smiths to be in absolute chaos. What I did not expect was the way I was treated. Siri rushed through our groceries during check out, carelessly shoving things with the worst disposition. I figured she was stressed and having a bad day so I tried not to take it personally but she snapped at me for inserting my card before the machine was ready and then inserted my card for me because I was busy collecting pomegranates that had spilled out of their bag as result of how harshly she handled them. Once I (or she I guess) paid she stormed off leaving me with dozens of groceries that I bagged myself. Merry fucking Christmas to you too.

This pharmacy is beyond horrible. Adhd medication is on a nationwide shortage, this pharmacy had my rx in stock and REFUSED TO FILL. I AM a customer at this pharmacy however due to the shortage have had to fill at other pharmacy’s the last few months. This is the first pharmacy to have this medicine and they refused to fill it. This is people’s lives and mental health they are messing with. The audacity to refuse a patient simply because it’s been 90 days since last filling, because of the shortage btw. It’s disheartening to see that this pharmacy is run by people who care little about their patients and strictly about continuous revenue. Sad that the rate of suicide in our country due to mental health issues is so high, and this pharmacy refuses to fill a prescription that helps with such things. For an existing customer up until the shortage and we in need are having to call different pharmacies to get our medication. I will be contacting my legal advisor.

My wife called a cake order in either 2 weeks ago or last week for our daughters birthday party TODAY. I was right next to her when the Smiths rep was speaking and we asked for one cookies and cream cake to say happy birthday with the other 2 just normal. They took her name and asked when we would pick it up. We said Sunday 5/1 at 11 or 1130 and they agreed that it would be ready. So fast forward to 5/1 and we show up to pick up 3 cakes. We get told they don't have any cake orders and that they need 24 hour notice. We specified that we called either last week or 2 weeks ago and they just said "sorry, we don't make those cakes. They come to us pre-made" So LUCKILY they had 2 cakes that we bought but we didn't get what we wanted. We won't ever come back here again. Thanks for nothing Smith's staff!

I ordered 3 cakes with 2 weeks in advance to pick up for my daughter's birthday. They took my name, phone number, what I wanted to have on the cake and everything. I got to the store and they did not have any orders for today! Now we don't have the cake my daughter wanted for her special day. Not even a genuine apology from the staff. Just a simple "we are not taking orders, sorry. I have new people" Very disappointed.

Smith's on 212 E 12300 S is not asking its customers to wear masks, as mandated by the Salt Lake County Health Department. I was just there and 40% of the customers had no masks on and 1/2 the employees had the masks hanging off their face. I mentioned it to the manager (Preston) who said they won't ask any customers to wear a mask because 'it's too dangerous for them'. When asked about the employees with the masks off, he shrugged. Aside from that, the store was dirty and completely disheveled. I'll be shopping elsewhere, moving forward.
