Called to speck with a supervisor over a problem I was having with a two of their tech support personal and the first woman tech I'd #6173 refused then locked my calling from home so I called back off my cell got tech #1545 I explained what was going on she insisted I take sales saving pkg I asked again to speacm with supervisor she stated it 162409 take 45min to wait I said may I speck to your supervisor she flat out said no I may not , she asked to speak to my mother owner of the account then she proceeded to argue and upset her in the same manner so my mother also asked for a supervisor she(tech) said no your not talking to them rudely ..... I don't know how you train your people but that there will cause your business to fail period the word of mouth stillworks

The worst place I have ever worked, terrible administration. There is a lot of disorder. Distancing measures are not taken. You do not have the right to breaks, the vast majority of managers and supervisors do not know how to manage personnel. And if you are not in their group, they do not pay attention to you, there is a lot of conflict of interest because many family members work in the same department or a friend of a friend, there is no impartiality or professional ethics.

Seeing the amount of negative comments I decided to speak out as well, the work environment in this company is poor, the supervisors, especially Tania, allow abuse by other employees, the vast majority of whom are Friends because this company is full of recommended people, the office Human resources does nothing, the assistant, a lady named Jennifer, is the most despotic there can be, she does everything reluctantly, they never give a solution to anything, the supervisors do not put order, they allow themselves to be bought by the food that others bring them employees. This company is a good company, but the administration is terrible from human resources on down. The work environment is the worst,

I write because I saw comments, and if it's the truth there is no healthy distance because of the covid everyone works almost on top of others, everyone thinks they are bosses the managers have their preferences They work in the same winery the same family the uncle, brother, dad, mom etc
unethical in a company. Terrible work there, they don't take the temperature ? and if you give your suggestion they won't give you

The only good thing I can say about working there was the schedule and the pay. I would absolutely Not recommend anyone working there. The management is poorly trained. Bullying occurs frequently. Only a handful of people received special privileges.

This place is the worst place I worked for! All management is so unprofessional they don’t care about the people that work there they never answer to the question you have. I try calling several time and they literally leave me on hold and then hang up. Supposedly I went out for COVID for over a month because I just kept coming back “positive” their tests aren’t 100% accurate I went and got tested 2 times at another clinic and came back negative on both when theirs just kept coming back positive it’s so unfair. Had to use all my PTO all my because they don’t accept other tests that’s not theirs. How em I suppose to cover other emergency’s I get latter on? This place just sucks and don’t care.
