Good product, just got the wrong flavor (sex on the beach). I really like the pump though and 1/2-3/4 of a scoop is plenty for me to fuel my workout.

I think they are great sups with great results. It’s just too expensive. About a year or two ago they were much more affordable. But three sups for 150-170 is expensive. That’s a once in three month purchase for me.
