I came in to grab some dog toys and treats, and ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Josh absolutely made my day, he was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. It’s refreshing to see people who have a genuine passion for going above and beyond. 10/10.

Men's section is lacking. Lots of mediocre clothing. Of your looking for jeans and a T-shirt, you'll have more options. The rest of the store seemed a bit of a mess

This store is my favorite because of an awesome customer service! I recently was shopping for the graduation gift and Daina was very patient and helpful! I truly felt appreciate and valued as a customer!

I shop here all the time. I found an item on the clearance rack with the price tag was missing. When I tried checking out they wouldn’t let me buy it because it’s part of a 2 piece set and the bottoms were missing. Then they told me they have to find the bottoms in the next seven days before they could sell the item. I don’t know what type of backwards place this is that they literally wouldn’t let me purchase an item from clearance because part of the set was missing. It was probably put on clearance for that reason to begin with. The icing on the cake is they told me that if they found the bottoms they call me but they wouldn’t be able to actually hold the item.
This store has a terrible policy and I’m super disappointed.

I keep finding/accidentally buying broken items from this location, it's frustrating to say the least. Why are these items not moved to clearance? I have had this problem in seasonal decor and also in kitchen items like containers, I know that I need to thoroughly examine the items I plan to buy here. I did get a REALLY cute easel faux wood frame for the bedroom for 39.99, I felt like that was a very good value.

2.5 racks of.mens clothes. This is not an exaggeration.. all sizes...all types... 2.5 racks. What a waste of time.

I will never return to this store again, the coordinator named Sara was very disrespectful, I spoke with the manager and the way she responded was also very rude. Sara and her manager need to learn to treat each customer with respect and both need some major coaching. I had never had issues with any TJ Maxx employee before coming to this store.
