Part of my policy is have coverage that allows me to rent a vehicle while my car is in the shop, it has been 3 months since I rented the car with my own money and I still have not had a refund and to talk to them or get answers is impossible, terrible service.

I would give them zero stars if I could my truck was totaled in an accident and they make it nearly impossible to file a gap claim they asked us for all sorts of different documents that were impossible to get ahold of

Be careful! This is total bait and switch. I purchased one through the LHM dealerships. The only way to use the extended warranty is I had to go to the LHM Dealership. (no one ever told me it was only available if I used their service departments)I had an issue come up on my truck and i took it to one of the LHM service departments. They said they didn't know how to fix it so they sent me to a different dealer and told me it would still be covered.Now they are rejecting the claim, because one of the things the other dealership included while they were doing other things was change my air filter.This company will do anything to avoid paying what they say they will warranty.

They refused to honor a prepaid oil change plan, claiming I didn't get the work done at the right place - even though I was told at the time of purchase that I could get the service anywhere and get reimbursed. Stay away.

Great experience getting my truck serviced, came from out of town and was given amazing treatment and great communication knowing the time needed and text to let you know when it was done. Love Larry Miller Dodge.

Communication during repairs was easy. I even got the video report of what was done. I got a car to drive during the 3 hour repair on my car. That was nice. Sean held his word on the estimated price for the service. Although it was discovered that it should actually cost a little more at the end of the service, I was charged what was calculated at the beginning.

You would think getting service at the dealer that sold you the car would be great, had not been my experience at American-Larry H Miller. I don’t recommend getting the package.

They said that I needed new tires and I said just put best two in front, I left and then I called back and tried to order new tires but I couldn't get any one to answer the phone so I bought them some other place.

Amazing service and very friendly staff I’ve heard many bad things about extended warranties but this warranty seems too be one of the hood and legit ones they work amazing with people and try too help you out as much as they can very helpful staff and amazing service too their customers!! Also a little add on Kyle in the wheel and tire department should be given some praise for his amazing effort and customer service towards me treats me like family and gives me all the help and information I need!

Car dropped off Friday morning but was not looked at until Monday. Had an appointment scheduled. Once, Rick was back he was very respectful and helpful and made sure I left happy!

It was a great experience! Paying quite a bit less than the normal price for service that is necessary anyway. It was refreshing to not have them trying to sell me all kinds of additional services with my oil change!!

They're great!I had a car accident back in 2019 that totalled my car, 6 months out of the dealership. I was sad and also nervous about how to pay the rest of the money I owed.I remembered I had gotten Gap Insurance through TCA and I was able to pay the rest of not the majority of the payment. If not for them I would have been struggling.They take care of people and have the BEST market value for your car. You won't be disappointed. Plus the people who work there are pretty great too!

If I could give negative stars I would!! Purchased policy through dealer in September 2019, only to find out in Mar 2023 that policy will only payout at an hourly rate of $125. Dealer I took vehicle to, charges $205 hourly rate. I had to pay the difference in cost per hour. I plan on calling the dealer who sold me the care and policy to see if they are willing to do anything. All I should have to do is pay my deductible, they lied to me!!
