“UPDATE: I am editing this due to owner involvement. The following day after the transaction, the owner did issue a refund to resolve the problem. We had already completed the refund through Uhaul, so we issued them the refund back. While I do not like that I was told there was nothing they can do originally, I do appreciate the owner just handling it to fix the problem. Because of this, I have changed my review. 4 stars, but would have been 5 if the worker at the time had taken a little extra time to resolve the issue or at least let me know they would work on it the following day.
ORIGINAL POST: Look at the ratings people. Rented a Uhaul and drove it 3 miles. They charged us $69 because it showed we did 50 something miles. I called and said I have photos, and what I was told by Utah (yes that is his name) was there was nothing they could do and I had to call Uhaul. Making mistakes is not an issue, but putting the problem solving solution back on the customer who didn't make the mistake is not cool. We called Uhaul, sent the photos and got a refund. We were told the store could have done this if I had photos....so apparently they just don't want to put the work in.
Look, you have to trust the people who work on your car with a high level of ethics that they will do what's right and not skimp corners. If they handle. Uhaul this way, can't imagine they do any better on your car. I am filing a complaint with Uhaul regarding this station and indicating that there may be some funny business going on since 50 something miles seemed to have appeared from no where. If you have to rent a Uhaul, triple check your stuff. Pictures of everything. If you are taking your car in for work.....I'd say be cautious.”

“Absolutely the greatest experience when we got there they did not have our truck but they found one for us at another location. I did not have a means to get there. Sierra offered to drive us which was absolutely above and beyond. She is amazing. It would have been easy to tell me tough luck and left me to my own devices to get there. They saved me an uber thanks. That young lady deserves a party raise.”
“We had a great experience here! The man(owner?) I worked with was super helpful, fun to talk to and we were on the road with our trailer in a jiffy! We had a reservation, so not sure if other reviews didn't, but seems like with anything you have to reserve on app anywhere you rent. Google needs to move location point to correct location. “This particular dealer saved me a lot of money on a truck rental. Corporate U-Haul had changed my reservation and was deceptive. They "added additional miles" to make up for the fact that I had to drive an extra 50 miles because of the location changes. It turns out that they were going to make ME pay for those miles. Really trashy in my opinion.Long story short, this particular dealer helped me discover this issue and made adjustments to save me over $100 for the day. They knew the ins and outs of how U-Haul deals with these things, and they knew that I was being taken advantage of in this instance. Big thank you!”

“This was the best UHaul experience I have ever had. The agent was courteous, quick and efficent. Everything was ready to go. He completed the paperwork in record time. I personally inspected the equipment before hooking up and noted that it was clean and in good repair. I was hooked up and out of the facility in less than 15 minutes... TOTAL!!! Because I picked up late, they extended the drop off time for me by an hour! What great customer relations! I am totally impressed with this operation and the agent I worked with! I would highly recommend this location over all others I have used in the Sandy area.”
“Everything is better in person. I made an online reservation for a Hyundai, but there was some confusion, and I ended up being charged twice and receiving a Bronco instead. Surprisingly, the Bronco turned out to be a great vehicle, feeling like an upgrade compared to what I initially booked. Fortunately, the customer service team knew the protocol for online reservations and refunded me”
