Came in to ship something and the man at the counter seemed to want to do everything but help me. Huffing, drumming his fingers, helping other people and hurrying me. I was in the store less than 5 mins but he acted like I took hours of his time. And was nice enough to tell me he hoped I had a better day as I left. No customer service or manners.

Second time I have done Amazon return drop off, where items just disappear.
2 of 3 items scanned and then magically disappear, so frustrating. One time is an accident, second time 🤔🤔

Every time I come to ship something or return something this girl makes it to where I never want to come back she's so rude for no reason what so ever I'm a pretty nice guy but she's super lazy and can't walk two steps to scan my return label she always is trying to prioritize other people that walk in before me if uses was closer I'd definitely go their more often the guy that works their is super accommodating and seems to care and enjoy his job

Went there to print some documents I emailed to their store address, and they couldn't do it because of their network being too slow. The staff was friendly and I could see they were efficiently serving other customers with shipping requests, but I expected to be able to easily gets some pages printed rather than being turned away.

Great staff they’re always very helpful and fast service. Poor girl working today was being treated horribly by 2 separate old white men that don’t have a single ounce of critical thinking or problem solving skills.

The woman who helped me went above and beyond letting me know about all the services ups had to help me with what I was printing. She helped me print in bulk and card stock which I didn’t know ups could do, and then she helped me cut the card stock in bulk which I also didn’t know ups could do! And then on top of it all I even was able to send out a package effortlessly.

I was shipping something to my brother in Japan and I was super confused about how to write the address. The people at the UPS store were very helpful in helping me figure out the address, and they were very careful when they packaged the fragile medications that I was mailing. They went the extra mile to ensure that I felt comfortable and they triple checked all of their work. I was extremely grateful for their help!
