I love this store. The people there are very personable and call me by name every time I come in. I love that they are open seven days a week and I get an email every time I have a package come in. They have every base covered!

Shout out to Griffin— stellar customer service. It was busy in the store this morning, and I told the staff I was fine to wait while they took care of other customers behind me, because I thought the return I needed help with would take too long— and I didn’t want to put other customers out. Griffin (love it when employees wear name tags!) stepped up and told me he could help me, “no problem.” As I explained to Griffin that I wasn’t sure what the email I received from UGG was instructing me to do, to complete my return, he totally took control and knew exactly what to do. What a breath of fresh air! He processed my return quickly, professionally and cheerfully. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I appreciated it so much (and I’m sure the customers waiting behind me did, too!) Thanks for making my day great, Griffin!

I stopped by Draper Parkway UPS store Sunday May 5th . The young woman who was working was so pleasant and professional and made sure anyone who walked in was acknowledged and told she’d be right with them. She was very helpful and I definitely recommend this store - she really is a great employee.
