Probably the worst branch of us bank in the country. The only thing that would make it zero stars is if the name out front said Chase

I love this branch! They never give us a hard time about anything! They are always friendly! Way to work with! We left Chase because they were so awful to work with and we have never looked back!

Adrian Chavez called me from branch 4041 which is in Draper Utah. He is a regular employee banker there on site. He goes into asking (20) questions about my account. He is not a lawyer or even an official banking consultant or lawyer with the questions he was asking? I thought it was a scam call it was that shady! He kept asking me many questions about transactions and transactions history from many months ago???As soon as I started asking him questions about his position, or his official title or role in the company? He got super offended and would not answer any questions at all? Then he tried everything he could, to massively manipulate me and everything and every question I asked or potentially would or could ask him? He would immediately turn all of the detailed questions back on me!!!!Not answering any of them with honesty!!!!-Customer Beware Of This Branch--I’ve called corporate and have requested a formal complaint of this banker at this location they have cc’d his manager and regional manager too.- Hopefully his regional reads this message that is in Southern Utah with no dedicated branch supposedly? With no email? With no branch or phone number I could contact??The regional manager supposedly resides in Southern Utah with no email or contact information ?!?!?-Very poor customer service.-Very aggressive banker on site acting as a lawyer or something his is not!!!!!!Aka lawyer!!!!!!-Don’t go to this branch. All the other ones are pretty good from what I’ve experienced over the past few years with us bank ?

Train your tellers to greet and treat customers with some basic respect: Tellers at this branch are often on their cell phones instead of helping customers they seemed annoyed to be interrupted from their cell phone time to help with a transaction.

I’ve been frequenting this location 2-3 times a month for 5 years, which is quite out of the way from where I live in Lehi, however something I do as the Lehi branch has terrible customer service. However I’m not sure that will be the case anymore. I visited today (07/16/21) at approx 1445. I started waiting in a line of 4 angry customers, all just trying to make deposits or withdrawals including my self. Upon coming to the counter, I offered up my completely filled withdrawal slip and then was asked for my ID. (This is the first time they’ve requested my ID to make my routine withdrawal in 2 years). I offered up my drivers license which expired earlier this month, however had the digital version of my temp while waiting for my new physical license to come in the mail.(THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THE UTAH DRIVERS LICENSE DIVISION PROVIDES TEMPS FOR RENEWALS NOW AS THEY DO NOT HAVE YOU COME IN FOR LICENSE RENEWAL SINCE COVID). The teller informed me that they can’t accept a photo of a license and I explained that it is not a photo it is the digital PDF that the DLD sent me. Also the states policy is that a temp can establish ID when paired with an expired license with the same license number. I proceeded to wait for the teller to be able to talk to another teller, however they were all busy angering other customers. After waiting 10 minutes lo and behold they could give me my money regardless. The teller then proceeded to inform me that I will have to be sure to get a new license. Talk about insult to injury. Anyone with half a brain knows that temporary licenses are only issued to people while they wait for the new license to come in the mail AFTER APPLYING FOR SAID RENEWED LICENSE. I’m very patient with problems. My patient thins out when there’s a problem and then they proceed to treat me like an idiot. Very disappointed.

Worst experience I have ever encountered anywhere. Every month I take a cash advance from my retirement account and deposit into my US Bank Checking account. This was the first time I used this Branch to do so. The teller attempted to complete the advance but got a decline from my retirement account. I told the teller there must be some mistake only to be told she would not attempt the advance again. I told the teller that this was absurd to be told not to complain and that I should leave. I asked for a supervisor who told me to go to another bank to complete my transaction. Surprised and upset I left the Branch and called my retirement financial institution and was told there was no problem with my account, but, a fraud alert was flagged and that if the Branch simply called the transaction could have been cleared and verified. What is most disheartening is the lack of customer care and concern. It was more about not wanting to help and getting me to leave than it was about customer service. Oddly enough, I went to a Chase Bank across the parking lot and they gladly helped me with my cash advance. Guess I will be switching banks. Enough said!
