Me and my brother both bought from here and later found out the hard way both vehicles were in a wreck and fairly bad ones at that. The wreck was not reported so not on car-fax so they felt like they didnt need to mention anything. Both vehicles are costing a ton out of pocket even though they both were supposed to have a very good warranty that covers basically everything. My vehicle didnt even make it a full 24 hours of ownership before i had to have it towed to a dealership. I ended up spending around $2.5k in my own money. Don't buy from these guys, they aren't your friends and will leave you high and dry when it comes down to it. Do yourselves a favor and stay away.

I am very upset with the service here. Matt acted like he cared up till I made the purchase. We went over things I wanted done before getting the car (simple things) like cleaning the inside as it wasn’t the cleanest, new wiper blades, ect. NONE of it was done before time of purchase but I needed the car! I have send numerous messages to get these things done and I have been ignored every single time. Nice people just not very considerate or organized.

I was browsing on Facebook marketplace and I offered Matt poffenbarger a price for a Subaru and he went ahead and made fun of me, I thought this was very unprofessional. He needs to be talked to or let go. Is this what this company stands for? I was going to buy it but have decided not to. I’ll be telling all my friends and family so they never come shop here!!!

UODATE 2 - another month has passed and I still don't have a new transmission
UPDATE- The purchasing of the vehicle was fine, but pray to everything holy you don't ever have to use their warranty. They are absolutely horrible to work with. My car has needed a new transmission for 3 months now and I still don't have one. They refused to let me take my car to the mechanic I want because they switched their "preferred" shop to PG which is over 40 miles from my house. Both shops and I called and all but begged to no avail. They lied to me saying the warranty company was refusing to allow it, but the shop and warranty company both said it's the discretion of the dealership. I finally agreed to take it to their shop and now they are refusing to pay for the transmission the shop wants to use. They are telling the shop to put in literally the cheapest transmission with 75k miles and only 60 day warranty against their own shop's advice AND refusing to give the shop the claim number. My car has been sitting at the shop for 2 weeks now and I still don't have a resolution or anything close to one and the price of the rental is coming out of my pocket. It's extremely obvious the only thing they care about is money. They don't care about customer satisfaction, quality, or integrity. I used to refer this dealership to anyone I knew looking for a car, but now I warn people to go anywhere else.
I couldn't have asked for a better, faster, easier experience. They were more than fair on pricing for my new car as well as on my trade in, honest, and upfront. They continued with the excellent customer service even after the deal was done when I thought I had a problem, but it was actually user error lol I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a new car!! Thanks, guys!

UPDATE::: We recently had to take our car in for some warranty repairs. Their recommended mechanic for warranty is second to none. They got us in quick and kept us informed multiple times throughout the repairs. Lee worked with them to ensure our warranty was valid and repairs were taken care of. Matt and Lee are some of the best. We will definitely buy from here again. Thanks guys!Great dealership. Matt took care of us from the second we showed up. He went above and beyond to get our deal done. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a used car. We couldn't be happier
