After getting treated horrible at other dealers, we went here and got treated great. We got the car we wanted at the price we planned for with no upselling. Just a great car at a fair price. My son and daughter-in-law were with us, they said they are going to buy their next car here.

Great service, David has been very helpful throughout the entire purchase process, including a fast response time. Definitely made the whole process less stressful, although we were from out of state. 10/10 would recommend.

I just call this place lemon auto. They sold us a car with problems. Make sure to take their vehicle to an Independent mechanic before you purchase.

We've bought two cars at Velocity and had a great experience both times. There's seriously no hassle. The car salesmen are not pushy in your face trying to make a sale; however, they are knowledgeable and very helpful. We bought our van a couple of months ago, and Josh helped us. I had called in to ask about different vans and he was super professional over the phone, he even texted me a few weeks ago to see if I was still interested. I really liked the follow up. Made my purchase so much smoother. Kyle helped us with the first car we bought there, and he was also very professional and helpful. I appreciate the way we were treated and how quick the transaction was. I highly recommend Velocity Auto sales.

Traded in my car, did not buy from there. Very smooth process and they gave me the BEST deal out of all the other dealerships that contacted me. Would highly recommend Velocity Auto Sales. If ever I'm in the market for a used car I will definitely be going back. They also don't pressure people into buying extra warranties which is the WORST part of going to a dealership.

Bought a 2013 fusion from Velocity. When closing the deal, the finance person literally called us idiots for not purchasing their add on warranty. Walked out of a deal in 2014 for the very same reason. Would not have purchased the fusion if it weren't for the price and rarity of the specific model.

Always super friendly and it's awesome they don't babysit or hassle you to buy.
UPDATE- the Kia Telluride we purchased here is Canadian and we were never told.... The US does not honor Canadian warranty and they said we would still have a warranty on it! Now we are stuck paying for a broken sunroof and key fob issue.

Jaden was easily the best car salesman I've ever interacted with. He was happy for me to spend whatever time I needed, showed me as many options as I wanted, and generally was just a stand up guy doing his job. The next time I'm interested in buying a used car I will absolutely go to him first.
