DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON! Never had a worse experience with a carrier in my life! The whole experience has been extremely stressful! In store we agreed on our plan costing 178 and it's over 300 every month. I can never log into the account just makes me go on a loop of changing my password then denying me access and dont even think about calling them. Was on the phone for 4 hours with customer service when we tried to activate our phones and the website made my partners number a business account. They tried to make us pay a second activation charge when we called them to switch it back WHEN IT WAS THEIR ERROR! I honestly want to find a way to cancel my plan with them!

I had two other numbers ported to my verizon account under the agreement that we would be given a 800$ gift card rebate to pay off one of the phones from tmobile. It has been 6 months, 15 calls later and still no rebate. Colton promised and assured us that we would receive this, and we paid out of pocket to pay off the phone and port the numbers over. We are in the process of moving out of verizon because of this stunt. I would not recommend this store or verizon to anybody - just look at all the forums complaining about the same thing.

I stopped in today and was immediately greeted by a worker, named RJ, who knew how to help me with my phone issue. He got my phone fixed and running again in no more than 15 minutes. He was very helpful. There was also another girl employee who was next to him helping a different customer and she had great people skills. I was happy with my visit to this store.

Kevin was amazing to work with. He spent as much time as we needed to make sure everything was set up and connected. Our visit was enjoyable and Kevin took the time to update my account options which lowered my monthly bill. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming and even though we needed to spend a good amount of time there setting things up, we honestly had a good time hanging out with the staff. Thanks for the 5 star experience!

The inability of Verizon to be able to help with basic customer service issues is laughable. It’s a real shame how bad their customer service has become.

I had issues with my bill. After calling customer service 4 times where they messed up my bill even more I decided to try in person to see if I could get help. They refused to help me with my bill told me I had to call customer service.
Went down to the other location that’s down the street and resolved my issue.

If I could give them a zero I would. We went to just turn in an iPhone on a Saturday reading on both google and Apple Maps that they are open until 7pm…literally just had to hand them the phone(after clearing it off just like they told us the last time we were there). We arrived at 6:40pm. All the workers were sitting inside at their desks. DOOR WAS LoCKED. NO one would even come to the door to tell us they were closed. Horrible service. Whoever manages this store should be fired. If we were wrong and you close at 6:30 or 6pm then UPDATE your hours or at least have the courtesy to even just come to the window and mouth “we’re closed”. Horrible customer service.

New Verizon worker does not know how to do his job, talked to customer service took an hour of problem solving. We figured out one of the employees at Verizon didn’t set up our watch correctly, didn’t show up on our account, on next bill, or anything!!! Train your employees better this is ridiculous

I can tell why this store has a 3.3 rating. The moment I walked in which was about 4:35 PM I was told by a woman we close im 5 minutes. She then seemed to be severely annoyed at any question I asked her so I just walked out and decided to come back to another Verizon store where they are willing to work with me instead of being annoyed that I am here a 1/2 hour before they close.closing in 5 minutes.
