My mortgage was sold immediately to Village and I have wasted literally hours of my life I can’ never get back!!!They were sending all my paperwork to my former address that was on my loan application. I know I know most want all on-line - me …hard copies! Right now at this moment was on hold for over 2 hours!Hung up and waiting again !Ugh!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a joke and it's not even a funny one. My partner has spent up to 3 hours on hold on just one call waiting to talk to someone and they flat out will not answer their phones. They won't call back. They don't respond to emails. But they sure are quick to charge you late fees even if there's literally no reason for it. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.

Had such a great experience with refinancing through Village Capital & Investment. Was such a super quick process and really was easy. Hiram Naylor was such a great guy to work with. Explained everything and answered all questions I had. Very responsive to calls and emails.

I would give negative stars if I could.Very smug poor commucaters. Talking to there customer service was the greatest disservice I have ever received. Stay away!! A payday loan would be better then these clown.

Truly, the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with, when it comes to communication. It is virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone. And their online portal doesn't work with gmail, so if that's what you use, you have to create a completely new e-mail account for this company.

Randomly resets your online portal credentials. Won't send you a recovery email and customer support will not call back after waiting on hold multiple times for over an hour and having the phone system terminate my call after an hour wait. This is absurd. I'm doing $300k worth of business with you and I can't get any support. What a joke.

I had been receiving tons of mail, calls to refinance, rate reduction recently, and after going with recommendation by another happy User. I reached out to Justin Naylor and was able to do my rate change in timely manner. The whole process things were explained to me and Justin was up front and present the whole way. I will must differently share my experience with others so they too can have great home experience with Village Capital and Investment.
