I understand that they are the only pharmacy open late, but the technicians and pharmacists are rude. You ask them questions and they push you off and turn away. I saw one of the technicians hang up on people calling in and one of those calls was my doctors office wanting to confirm something with the order they sent over.

It shouldn’t take an hour to fill one prescription when I’m waiting in-store for it and it’s not even busy. The staff aren’t kind and are in no rush. It just felt disrespectful to leave me waiting that long for one prescription that I’ve had filled here before. I’m going to try to find a local pharmacy or go to Sam’s Club in the future. Definitely pass on using this pharmacy, it’s not worth it.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They literally never answer their phone … ever. I’ve waited on hold for over an hour several times and eventually just hung up. I went in and asked about this once. They said they get to the phone when they can. Boooooooo
They also rarely have prescriptions ready when they say they will and are frequently out of stock of various items. Switching for sure.

My prescription got sent to this location by accident. When I finally made it over here the pharmacy was closed earlier than what was listed online so I had to come the next day. When I came the next day the drive through was closed so I had to go in. When I went in it took forever to get my prescription because they had to verify my insurance, which took forever. While waiting they turned away pole 4 people because they hadn’t prepared their prescriptions. This pharmacy is a joke. Don’t come here if you have a choice.

I tried several times to refill an rx without luck. I finally asked them to transfer my rx to another pharmacy and I was told they couldn't do that. I left and called them about transferring the rx and they hung up on me several times. I will never go back. The Smith's pharmacy on 94s 200e is amazing and helpful unlike Walgreens.

Horrible pharmacy. I had to wait like 40 minutes in line trying to get to get my sleep prescription that was sent in that morning. Once I got there, this young guy did not seem to care at all about his job and moving extremely slow. He was the only person actually at the desk while there were a bunch of people in the back. Once I finally got up to the counter, he took like 7 minutes trying to find my prescription. Turns out they lost it and he told me I couldn’t get it and had to ask it to be called in again. Had another sleepless night, and a huge waist of time. He did not apologize or show any care at all. Worst customer service ever and worst pharmacy ever. Plus it stunk of bad hygiene body odor once I got up there.

Since they were short staffed, or slow in entering, my prescription was pushed into the new year…. So a new deductible. Instead of free a few days ago now it’s now $350. It makes me want to move all my prescriptions somewhere else.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. I spent like 45 minuets trying to get ahold of them on the phone and it just kept hanging up on my I couldn’t even get on hold. I had to call because they never fill my prescription unless I call first and I was not able to just go in a wait forever

Worst pharmacy I have EVER been to. After waiting two hours and being told they had and could fill my son's prescriptions, I went to pick them up and the tech told me they needed 30 more minutes. After sitting right in front of the pharmacy for 30 minutes the tech told me it wasn't in stock. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. And this was just the issue today. The level incompetence at this place is ridiculous .

Obscenely understaffed. Unprofessional. Horrific service. Pathetic communication. After years of filling prescriptions here for our family, we're done. Their rapid decline is totally unacceptable in the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals. Never again. Would rate zero stars if it was an option.
