Horrible customer service! I called to ask questions about why my prescription was delayed after I was told it was in stock when I called to request the refill. The tech didn't like being questioned and hung up on me! I had waited 8 minutes on hold to get hung up on! I then called back and had to wait again to complain about the poor customer experience. The people who work in the pharmacy at this store are horrible! I understand that they don't control the supply of medicine, but they do control how they deal with customers and they don't care at all!

Multiple times over the last few months I have been told my prescriptions will be ready at X date and time (usually two days from calling) and it hasn’t been ready 4 times when I go after the time it should be ready.

Every month they shorten me my prescriptions I'm supposed to get 90 days and they only give me 30 and charge me for the 90-day price I'm definitely need to find a new place With all the competition I am Sure it won't be hard to find a new place

McKade is the MVP of this Walgreens. He took care of me and was very patient working through the insurance. Below is a picture of what he was dealing with and yet the whole time he remained patience and kept a real stellar attitude.
McKade is a master of his craft and a reason I will continue to return to this Walgreens.

The automated pharmacy line is a joke. Supposed to get text alerts when a prescription is ready and never have.

What a joke. If they can’t find your prescription they’ll tell you your insurance doesn’t accept them as a provider.
