Stay away. Go to some other branch. Toxic work environment makes them the most unprofessional staff. Poor service. Riley and Stephanie lack professionalism, courtesy and have attitude. Extremely unprofessional!

I called Wells Fargo because my homeowners insurance company included their name on a claim check that I received. They gave me an endorsement number. They told me to make an appointment with a branch for endorsement. I made the appointment and when I arrived not one employee knew what to do. I was on my lunch break so after 30 min, I asked if they would call me to come back in when they figured it out. They called me 15 min before closing. I said I was on my way. I arrived at 5:01 and everything was locked and they said they couldn't help me. Finally after honking my horn in the drive thru for 5 min, someone came to the window and agreed to take the check. I feel bad because I yelled at her when she told me no, but I needed it done. This was their mistake. I hate that they wasted my time when I came prepared with everything they needed. The staff should be trained on endorsing checks.

This is the worst Wells Fargo branch. Avoid at all cost. It's worth the extra 4 min drive to go to Riverton or elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Been with Wells Fargo for 20 years +. This location makes me want to move elsewhere.
