Incompetence or intentional deception? Perhaps both. I would rate this branch a minus 20, but unfortunately, the lowest rating is one, and even that feels excessively generous. My indignation stems from the following: when opening an account for my minor daughter, a bank employee repeatedly assured me that this type of account incurred no fees. However, for an extended period, fees were deducted from the account monthly. Furthermore, when the account balance fell below zero, the bank, without my authorization, processed an overdraft (covering the negative balance with their funds) and subsequently charged me a penalty for that very overdraft! This is the epitome of arrogance and unprofessionalism. This bank offers no benefits and is, frankly, unprofitable and unreliable. I am indifferent to whether this behavior is rooted in employee incompetence or intentional deception. Resolve it yourselves. I strongly advise against conducting any business with this bank.

Get this… I drove up to the ATM today. I inserted my ATM and entered my PIN. OMG I now have ca$h!!! An amazing 🤩 machine. Cheers 🍻

This branch just earned a nice one star. They told us the 9am appointment was double booked by error, that's fine, but they told us to wait and let someone who doesn't have appointment cut in front of our 9 am appointment although we were thr first one who walked in the branch as soon as they open. What's the point of the appointment then? We will never be back to this branch.

We worked with Christian today to combine some accounts. While we were there he helped us realize some potential for more cash back by switching my card! We had a great experience. He introduced us to the manager and we look forward to coming back to this branch to bank with Christian again.

I have been a member at Wells Fargo for over 20 yrs, I was very disappointed today 02/03/24 at the Draper Utah branch. They refused to accept $600 rolled coin in exchange for cash. I have in the past year returned several boxes of rolled coin to this location with zero issues. I was told today they will no longer accept my rolled coin ever again. They passed blame on the corporate representatives, however I return boxes of rolled coin weekly to surrounding branches throughout the salt lake county area with zero issues. I believe they are just being lazy and want to do the work required to return coin to the cash service company. That is a part of providing a banking service to your customers is it not? I won’t be returning to this branch ever again.

Been with this bank for over 10 years and a PMA member. Service here is so bad, always understaffed. Wait time is over 30 minutes middle of the day. The staff seem to be doing the best they can, however it is clear that the management overseeing this branch are incompetent and lack any understanding on customer service.

This is such a bad banking institution. If you work with them just be warned that they take the most seemingly simple transactions and complicate them by about 100 times more than they need to be. Nobody is on the same page and it constantly feels like they make up their banking rules on the spot. I’d put this place on par with going to the DMV. Maybe worse. Congratulations Wells Fargo, you’ve reached an all time low.

Normally I don’t rate any place but this time it’s deserved to give an excellent review to the Wells Fargo team in Draper for their kindness especially to Jonathan!Service, quality and attention, without a doubt I recommend this bank and this branch, thank you very much.
