Their Crank Bluetooth bone conduction headphones are almost as great as their customer service. Headphones broke almost a year after purchase, customer service made the free replacement super easy. Will absolutely do more business with them!

I have a helmet, Bluetooth audio for said helmet which last for multiple riding days, and just got the new Maxfield goggle this thing looks awsome. Everything I have from them I love, and that doesn't touch on the fantastic customer service they have!

I purchased this snorkel mask for my wife to use on vacation in the Caribbean, it was used less than 6 times. The little red mouth cover broke off and rendered the entire mask useless. Poor design and quality.

The sent me replacement heated gloves that didn't work. I'm trying to get ahold of them to send them back. I've sent dozens of requests and they are not responding. This is TOTALLY UNFAIR AND UNETHICAL.

I have a hard time finding ski goggles that fit my tiny face. Most adult goggles look ridiculous on me. I bought their Roca ski goggles (jr) and they fit wonderfully! I’ve had them 2 seasons now. Just bought some new lenses and excited to try them out.I bought the ski helmet headphones and they are awesome. The battery lasts forever.. in fact, they still had a charge from last season when I used them this year! The heated gloves are great but they run a little small. Recommend sizing up.I also bought the mountain bike helmet and glasses. Love both of them!Great company for a very reasonable price!

Buyer beware. “Open box” with these guys means a faulty product (a return), not just damaged packaging. They will not refund. Won’t be buying from them again.

Customer service is non-existence… The advertised discount online was not applied during checkout. Several emails were sent to the support email address and a follow-up phone call made to the company. All attempts to get this resolved were ignored. I will be returning the purchase. I will not support a business that does not reply to a customer’s enquiry.

I can't understand why a ski company located here in ski Utah does not have it flagship Highline MIPS helmet in stock for 2 ski seasons. Would like to support local and get a quality helmet

I have their mountain bike gloves, helmet, and glasses and have been using them for a year now. Super comfortable and all of them have held up well. Great local company.

I ordered 2 sets of snowshoes and some hand warmers. They charged my card immediately for the full order. I'm still waiting for the snowshoes to ship. Their website continues to say preparing for shipment for the past 2 weeks. I tried calling their phone number, but there is nobody to answer the phone. They have stopped responding to email as well. I purchased from this company because I heard good things about their products and customer service from a friend. Is this company now run by a greedy MBA/bean counter type of person? In any case, their customer service sucks.

Purchased 2 Snorkel vest from there Website. It is absolutely the Best snorkel vest out there. I had to exchange 1 vest for a large. We bought 2 snorkle vests. We love the vests but they ARE VERY POOR QUALITY.We have been on 3 snorkel trips. Everywhere that the back straps are attached to the vest, they are ripping out.I'm not sure if they will last through our next trip.I contacted customer support. Since I did not buy them directly from them, they will not do anything about it. Customer support is as bad as thier quality.I wll not buy any more Wildhorn products.

Snowboarding gear I've purchased from Wildhorn include gloves, goggles(with multiple lense changing capabilities), and ski jacket. So far I've been very impressed. You can tell the designers actually know snowboarding and understand their needs. Thanks.
