A booked a room, got confirmation 3 weeks ahead. I called a few days before arrival because I was arriving at midnight. I called over and over again but no answer so I left a voicemail. When I arrived, they had no room available and told me the manager had been trying to call because they did not have a room available and the reservation system took my reservation in error. I did not have a single call from BW on my phone. Be careful. I was not the only one that day. I heard it happens from time to time. This is a first for me. I don’t think they should be in the hotel business

Was charged over $200 after leaving. Saying someone smoked in the room. No one smoked in the room what so ever. Talked to the front desk, Went from smoking cigarettes to then asked if my son smokes marijuana. How outrageous!!! Refused to give refund.

Rooms are big, beds are awesome ? breakfast was good but the big news here is about Brooklyn at the front desk, such a lovely, helpful, kind and honestly she made the whole stay with the kindness she had for us and especially my nieces as well as her customer service skills are absolutely flawless. ? ❤️Rooms: Great beds

This hotel is definitely the nicest place to stay in the area. It was quiet, had nice amenities, and was staffed by very friendly and professional front desk people. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the variety it had. I plan to stay here again on my next work trip.

My car broke down while and I had to spend an unplanned night in town. I lucked out with this hotel because the staff was so friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Great experience! Really enjoy the hot tub after a couple days camping in the desert. Very friendly service for breakfast and front desk!

Nice clean rooms but just a few scuffs on the walls. Bathroom hot water has a mind of it's own though. Sink runs cold for minutes until you turn on the tub hot water. Once the tub is turned off the sink goes cold again. That's why I dropped a star.

Oh man! We were weary travelers!It was late at night and driving back to SLC from Vernal seemed like a massive task.We booked the King room with JETTED TUB!The Tub is HUGE! Are at least 3 1/2 feet deep! The water is HOT just the way I like it.The room was big and comfortable. More than enough towels in the room. Most betel’s leave only 2 towels and they are skimpy pieces of cloth, not these, these are large and thick.The breakfast has plenty of options.Great place to stay.

A great clean wonderful place in Duchesne. We had to stay for an emergency and the motel made an emergency hand able.My children loved the pool. The room was pretty clean, the kitchette had some food on the stove but it was nice to have a full sized fridge and a counter bar to eat at.

I’m fairly particular and have high standards for hotels, so my lower rating shouldn’t be a huge surprise. But I feel that I should still have my say so future guests know what they are in for.Pros:1. Stayed in a Queen double - room was clean. One stained white towel (these annoy me to see - check the towels after laundry and throw any away or use as cleaning rags instead of putting back in rooms. It makes you look super bad.2. Loved the laminate flooring - carpet in hotels is disgusting. A really good choice to install these.3. Front lobby was nice and clean - nice concierge at the front desk.4. Had a pool.5. Our room had a kitchenette and was nice and spacious - I really liked that.Cons:1. The outside is the biggest con - cigarette butts EVERYWHERE! This is a dog friendly hotel but there is absolutely nowhere for them to do their business. If you happen to find a tiny patch of grass you are surrounded by trash everywhere. Bare minimum the hotel should be hiring someone to at least clean their grounds. Also - please install a strip of grass for dogs to do their business.2. The shower curtain - ewwwwww. There should no longer be shower curtains in hotels. You can easily install those nice shower doors that are easy to clean. Our shower curtain was dark yellow and stained.3. The breakfast - it looked really nice but honestly everything tasted dry and my French toast tasted moldy. The breakfast room itself looked very nice and clean so that was a plus.4. The hot tub wasn’t working - Not the end of the world - but the pool didn’t look that appealing - the color was vastly different from the broken hot tub - made me very reluctant to get in. Also barely any pool towels - they didn’t seem too concerned about stocking back up.All in all - I might have rated higher if I hadn’t had my dogs with me - because I wouldn’t have been subjected to the outside grounds.The other issue? The smokers. The hotel should really move the smokers to somewhere further away from the entrance. It was really gross dealing with it when trying to get in and out of the hotel.

I had been traveling and couldn’t drive anymore. I liked the reviews on the web for this place. At first when I arrived the gentleman at the desk was very kind. I thought to myself “ oh good, an honest kind person. “ It was late I couldn’t wait to get to bed. Then when I got to my room It was freezing cold and the heater in the room didn’t work. I was tired and decided just to snuggle down in my bed and not worry about being cold. I left early in the morning this morning and checked my bank account when I arrived home this evening to find that there is a minus out of my account for 1,175.00 to stay one night. I contacted the gentleman and he said he Didn’t see that minus charged to me and sent me an email with a receipt of what it should have been. I explained to him it says the name of his inn with a huge minus out of my account. He told me to contact my bank. I called the bank right away, they are going to investigate this and I emailed a copy of the receipt the gentleman sent me to my bank to show them what he said it should of been. My bank apologized that I was overcharged and they were glad I had a receipt to show proof that it wasn’t supposed to be charged to my account. Such a mess and after reading so many positive comments, I thought it was a place I could trust staying at. I was wrong .

This was by far one of the worst experiences ever. I had booked online and when Paul called me to confirm the reservation he talked over me and ws snippy. After arriving i couldnt stay on the first level even with my disability. "They are booked" when online it said still available. I went to dinner and ate when i came back i was accused of damaging a room i had been in for less than 5 minutes. This place is a joke. Paul and his wife are a joke. Best western should be ashamed of this franchise!!

Made a reservation for 1 night. Then my son came home from school and was told that he was exposed to covid. I called and spoke with Paul the manager, he informed me that he could not cancel my reservation. I then called the third party I booked through.. they even called him 2 times and he refused to cancel.I told him I could not travel due to my sons condition. He told me to bring my son, cause it did not matter if he had been exposed. I will never stay at this hotel. They do not care about people. They only care about money in their pockets.

The entire staff was great! The room was huge and immaculate. My whole family enjoyed the amazing breakfast. Even the pool was warm and amazing! One of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a long time!
