I am so impressed with the communication, the work and the interaction with everyone I talked with. From the secretary who has the most gorgeous smile and friendliest atmosphere to the owner who personally called me and kept me in the loop and treated me like an actual human being to even the invoice! Every other shop's quotes were triple the amount of the final invoice I received and their quotes weren't including labor. I have been working on my vehicle for the past 2 years and I am just forever grateful that I finally found an honest hard-working shop I can count on. Who got down and told me exactly what was wrong instead of trying to sell me like all the other shops out there. Thank you so much for being open and honest.”

“This was the first time I had service in Tremonton. We have been living in Idaho Falls for 34-35 years so the same place in IF I would go for service. My wife Joan had purchased two Bear River Bears cards from a door to door student to help with athletics at the High School. I picked Darrell's Point S from the card. The first guy I met was Jacob Sorensen, Service Advisor, and the owner whose name I did not write down. These two gentlemen were very professional and my brief view of the facility was favorable. The very next day they did the work on the van and at a extremely fair/reasonable price. I didn't know my nephew worked there and when he and I came together that sealed the deal forever. Even if CJ hadn't been an employee there I would be going there. My last visit for Toyota Sienna Van was with the Toyota dealership in Logan. I was really impressed with the dealership in Logan but I know I can be served by Darrell's Point S equally well!”
“Our car was overheating on the way between Idaho and Utah. We stopped by at 3:00 to have it checked, hoping we could limp the car to our destination.They got our car in immediately, diagnosed and repaired our car in an hour and a half, including ordering and getting parts from town.He also got coloring books, crayons, juice and snacks for our 3 young daughters who were stressed as our 3 hour trip was quickly turning into a 6 hour trip.They had some of the best customer service I've ever seen, it was greatly appreciated. It made a difficult situation much easier.”

“Huge salvage yard to find spare parts. Got cheap parts off a broken down civic. New trunk, new door, new trim pieces, all for less than $70.
Too bad the Mayor of Garland has other plans for that land and is forcing them off it.”
“It would have been a better experience had the office personnel let me kno that they could have done a diagnosis to confirm what I had thought was the problem part; before I ordered a non returnable part that i didn't need. Only then, did they do a diagnosis and found the actual problem. Which ended up being much less expensive to replace. So in the end i bought a 'special order' turn signal switch for 120.00 that i didn't need to fix a 25.00 flasher.
Overall experience, good mechanics, very fast repair and replacement. Very clean place. Nice people.”
“Found an air leak at my fan clutch. Called at 920pm and they answered. He answered my questions and said I could come around 8am. When I showed up they looked it over, gave me a quote and started. However, they found the leak in my radiator that I had been putting off for sometime. They said they can fix that also. They gave me quote for everything and off to work they went. When Volvo sent a not so good looking radiator they did not install it and call it good. They called volvo and requested a replacement. That was delivered the next morning and by 12pm I was done and gone. I would have been out the same day had it not been that radiator they brought. Highly recommend this place.”
