“Lived at park place for abt a year. I had really great experience with maintenance coming a fixing my problems, just had to fill out a form for him. I never had a problem with the managers of this place bc I always went in during hours and etc. I got my security deposit in full back, they give you a check list and you have to check off what you cleaned. I also had the manager check me off in person there. So if it needed updating or refreshing I was on top of it with her there, so I could get my full deposit back. I never had an issue living here, and I loved the rooms and the outside everything is very well kept and clean.”
