Darren took so much time resolving issues that were not created on his end. 611 customer support has failed on an epic level resolving and undoing charges that exceed hundreds over the course of many year. If it wasn’t for this outstanding genuinely caring man I would have ended a long relationship on a personal and business level. No joke as i was conveying this to the local manager who is also Amazing another customer came up to express her gratitude and praise for her Experience with Darren.
