“1st class team all the way. Cameron the store manager and Fabrizio were bith awesome. They could not fix the issue I had, BUT did everything in the world to try. Customer care gave some not so accurate information, but these guys did everything little trick that they could think of to at least give it a shot. Fabrizio even found an old promo hat I liked and gave it to me. These 2 single handedly prevented me from going to another carrier. They couldn't fix the issue, but they showed they actually wanted to try and went in the back storage to look for a silly promo hat. Little things matter.”
