Horrible customer service. Closed my account today because of their customer service. If the representative on the phone was as helpful as the ones in the branch, they would still have a customer.

We recently switched our banking to here and have had an incredibly positive experience. Vicktoria went above and beyond to get us set up and help us out with several aspects of our finances. We are so glad we switched to Mountain America and truly value Vicktoria's customer service!

I went to put money in the bank today and the bank teller knew what the money was for and was also provided with the account number apparently I was at the wrong bank but the person I was putting the bank money in for had an account that was charged off in their younger years as a bankruptcy the teller intentionally manipulated the situation took the money applied it to collections after seeing that it was the wrong account number and I was at the wrong Bank and proceeded to let me think the money was going to be available that day absolutely not okay.

Me and my mother went in today to deposit gas money into her brothers account. The cops and corporate are now involved as they told us they deposited it and confirmed names and date of birth then proceeded to send the money to collections and fraud us. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.
