This is a good Napa. The service is always good to work with. There are a few workers who know a ton and others who don't know much . But the ones who are more knowledgeable are always willing to help the less experienced.
The parking can be difficult as it a small parking lot, but you can park on the road on the south side as well.

i usually experience better help here. but today i ran in on my lunch break, i didn't get helped for a while and when I did the employee helping me was annoyed and rude. Everything i said he just rolled his eyes or sighed. I'd appreciate prompt help and friendly service. Which i usually do get, just not today.

Horrible service. I went to find a filter I know napa has or can order and they would not even give the time of day tgo out of their way to find it. Guy who did not know anything asked a lady there to help, he give her the part #. That I give them, said "it's not available we can't get it and walked off". Low and behold I looked it up myself and napa has a filter for what I was looking for. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Battery I needed was not in stock. Made me order one when it came it was the wrong battery. Expensive and service people don't know what they are doing.
