I loved living here! It was super close to the school! The living situation was great!! I highly recommend!! My primary complaint is that you have to find a tenant to take over for your rent if you leave after fall semester. It wasn't a huge deal except one girl took over 2 leases in my apartment (mine and my roomates so she could have a room to herself). They gave her a discounted rate for taking two and my roomate and I had to pay the difference. Other than that, the buildings and management were great!

I’ve been at park place for 2 years now and have had the best experience! they room you with people based on who they believe you’ll mesh with and there are so many people here it is so easy to make new friends! Management here is also so nice as long as you are nice to them. They take care of problems so fast and are always trying to create things for you to get to know others here at the college! I highly recommend park place no matter what year you are! It’s a great place for anyone and everyone!! Their apartments are also exactly what you pay for!

I love the community that is built here, and the clubhouse has been so accommodating. The park behind the clubhouse is also so beautiful.
