At 1st it seemed the battery needed to be replaced, but Customer service figured out quickly why the phone wasn't charging... there were small rocks stuck in the charging port. Thank you for your help!

They should teach them not to discriminate based on race. He unwillingly offered me something just because of my race. Without asking me anything, he just told me that for people with social security he could have something else better. He didn't even ask me if I had. He assumed something that he believes it to be. I will never contract anything with them.

Had a great experience, only for stars because I had 3 numbers to port. Only 2 of them were ported. It was to much of a hassle to get thecthird one ported so finally just jept a new number, unfortunately that ment we didn't get our 200 for porting that number.Also tmobile phone service sucks in the manti to gunnison area. Verizon had coverage every where we went. Tmobile does not! So if you have Verizon and are curious who is better around ephraim down to salina it is Verizon by far.. their coverage map is definitely misleading.

Best experience ever with phone business thanks T mobile Matt, Manitia, and Kaily were great! I’m not super great with tech but they made everything a breeze. Customer service was amazing, they even made me a fresh cup of coffee! And all that is not even mentioning their network and the price. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Every time I go in this store I get no real help. Everyone is nice but they do nothing for me or solve my issues. One time I was told to wait for the trade in value to go up before trading in my phone and the trade in value went down. I also went in a few other times and they could not answer my questions. Recently I bought a new phone online and the T-Mobile website said once you get your new phone take your old one to a T-Mobile store or print your own shipping label. I took it in and they said they cannot send them to T-Mobile. Told me to call them. I was there, couldn’t they call them and find out what I should do? Just seems like if your not going in this store to spend money they don’t want you! I’ll be driving 40min to a different store from now on. Update: called T-Mobile they said always send in the phone because some stores don’t take them just because they don’t want to. He also said he never sends anyone to the stores because you don’t know if they will have good customer service. Thanks!
