“We were a stop-in on a busy day. The counter staffer assured me they were full and busy, and STILL popped out from behind the computer to take a quick look at our leaky tire stem. With one very simple adjustment, we were taught how to tighten a tire stem-pin, which tools we'd need to do so, and where to get them in town. Exceptional service, time management, and teaching. No charge for this brief-but-valued-assistance, so I gave him a $20 to buy coffee for himself and the crew. Bravo, Tire Pros!”

“Well, after having my front left wheel bearing replaced by a Ford dealer, I was still experiencing a vibration in my front left wheel, so I took it to RJ‘s and he looked into it. The Ford dealer had not installed it right and did not torque the bolts properly and the thing was ready to come off which could’ve been devastating. He replaced it and did it the right way and the price was reasonable and fair. RJ will now be my go to for all my auto repair business. I highly recommend this business.”
