I love this Walmart! Get this, they actually have checkers! Richfield Walmart rarely has any checkers and we always have to scan our own groceries which I hate, not my job. We have never had to scan our own groceries at Ephraim Walmart. It's very clean and seems to have a better selection than the larger Richfield Walmart. I've had great service there and never a bad experience. I live half way between Richfield and Ephraim and hate going to the Richfield Walmart anymore. No greeter, no problem, I'd rather them pay an employee to scan my groceries than tell me welcome to Walmart. Friendly and helpful employees. I honestly don't understand the bad reviews at all.

If i could give this walmart zero stars, i would. terrible customer service. i've met 2 managers who are actually kind. I tried applying for a job there & got yelled at by the hiring manager for asking her to look into my application. same thing happened with my fiancé. Do not recommend this walmart at all.

The worst customer service. I practically had to bag every item the lady scanned. We got kicked out of the 20 items or less even though we clearly had 5 things in the cart. I'd rather drive 2 hours to the next store then deal with those people again.

By far the best Walmart anywhere! Any time I go, the staff is always friendly. Even though it is smaller, I can always find what I need. So grateful to have a Walmart near me. 4 stars because they have switched most registers to Self Checkout, and usually only 1-2 actual cashiers working the registers.

Ive been in this Walmart at least 50 times. Not once was I ever greeted or asked if i needed help finding anything. It was down right stupid to get rid of the door greeter. The ONLY human associate that will acknowledge you.
