Medicaid is shut down due to a breech in security. Friday my doctor sent RX. I called Walmart Pharmacy to see if they were ready. The person answering the phone said sorry, we can’t. We don’t know how much to charge you. I said zero, can you look at my history. They said, no, we can’t. I hadn’t heard about the shut down so I researched it, just like a random customer, I found that ALL pharmacies are required to give 72 hours of free RX. Saturday I called back again, and a very annoyed person said, ehhhgggh what’s your name? Like because it was me, they didn’t have to do their job. I explained and they put me on hold for 16 minutes. They gave me my antibiotic, and 3 days of one RX. But refused to give anything else. Sunday, a rep from Medicaid called me and said because I’m high risk, ALL pharmacies ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE 30 days for free and gave me contact information of the pharmacy had any questions. Monday, I called the pharmacy at one pm. The annoyed person said, what’s your name, again, I got the annoyed attitude. I explained my phone call, she said, cutting me off. I know the number. I said ok, they also gave me options so that you can speak with someone directly. Again she said, I don’t need it. She very rudely asked what prescriptions? Then hung up without saying anything else. I still have no prescriptions. I didn’t know they trained in treating people badly based on small town relative drama. #doyourjob

The pharmacy here is awful. My mother had several prescriptions sent over to be filled. The prescriptions were sent on a Tuesday with plenty of time to get anything they may have been out of prior to me picking them up on Thursday. They only filled about 1/2 of her prescriptions and held the rest for the beginning of the new month when her copays are reinstated. When asked why this occurred they could give no good reason why 4 prescriptions were held until the new month. My mom is on a fixed income and every dollar helps. It truly appears that this Walmart wants to bring people back as often as possible with no regard to the customer's pocket book. It's awful that this is the one of the only stores in this area.

Called this pharmacy to see if they had a pre diabetes medication. They said they had it. They called my other pharmacy to transfer my refill. Said I would get a text when it was ready. Never heard from them. I called 2 days later and they said they don’t have that medication and can’t even order it in. So I have a refill sitting there that I can’t transfer anywhere and they lied telling me they had it. Otherwise I would have checked with a different pharmacy to transfer my refill to. Very unprofessional. Pathetic!

I have had multiple problems getting prescriptions at this pharmacy. One RX I'm on takes time to build up in my system so it is not one I can run out of. I went in on a Thursday to get my refill and after standing in line for over 30 minutes they tell me they are out of it and don't get a delivery until Monday. They in no way tried to help me find any solution to the situation either. Extremely frustrating pharmacy to deal with.

I got my prescription there on a monthly basis, and everytime they would say they didn't have it, just lazy and unorganized. Besides I've moved and their phone number doesn't work, now I have to stay the holidays without my depression medication because the Dr. Office is closed. Walmart pharmacy sucks!

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. If the phones aren’t down, the people at the counter have a plethora of excuses on why they can’t give you your prescription. Go elsewhere.

If you go here pray you dont get Jennifer. Everytime Ive gone in shes given me nothing but excuses on why I cant get my prescription. I had to get medication for a kidney stone and then she asked for my insurance which I know was already in the system, then tried to tell me that my doctor who Ive gotten prescriptions from wasnt on my insurance, then proceeded to try to make me pay for it. After I called my doctors office they cleared it up and when I got back in she finally gave it to me. Another instance was when I needed a sedative to get a pap smear because I have traumatic responses to getting them done, she tried to tell me the prescription was never sent in when my doctor had confirmed to me he did.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. Good luck getting the correct Rx filled at this location. They will fill incorrect Rx every single month without fail. Dont waste your time here. This place is unprofessional, untrained, and has extremely poor management skills.

Went in to pick up some pills and waited in line for about 20 minutes. Extremely rude pharmacist ignored me because their computers were down and tossed me over to the other guy for help. She could clearly see I was standing there and said “can I help you?” In an extremely snarky tone. Be grateful you have a job during a pandemic and not rude to people who need their medicine. Not my fault your computers went down.
