The technicians are always willing to work through the issues, and my unique requirement has caused a few. They are diligent and personable. They always treat me like a friend. The service is reliable and I would highly recommend them.

I was a loyal customer for 4–5 years, always paid on time, and never had an issue until I moved. That’s when they showed their true colors—refusing to let me reconnect my router even though the house already had service, insisting on a technician just to make extra money.
Now they want the router back or $250, but won’t even provide a return label. After years of loyalty, they chose greed over keeping a customer. Pathetic business practices. I’ll stay with other company, router has internal battery. Service is great.

Fast and easy to set up appointment and very fast installation. I'm Very happy with the Customer service all my questions were answered and the technician who came out to install was very nice and knowledgeable.

The workers and staff are very friendly and professional to communicate with, but this WiFi is awful. If there was another WiFi option in our area, we would be interested in trying it out. It is constantly going out, is never consistent. For the past five days, at the end of the day, we wind down to go watch a show, and every single night without fail, it has not been working.
I called the company to get some help, and all they could tell me was that there isn’t anything they can do, that it is something they are working on, I just have to wait for the techs to figure it out. So I expressed that it is frustrating to pay full price for WiFi every month, and the times that we actually go to use it, specifically for the past five days, it isn’t working at all. They just said sorry, there isn’t anything they can do. They didn’t offer any more help, and had no solutions. Maybe their fiber optic options are better, not sure. Don't really know what to do at this point, except leave an honest review 🤷🏻♀️

My experience with calling and talking to a technician was not good the first and second time, but the third time I called I connected with an amazing, knowledgeable technician named Sam! He came to my house, along with Colin and solved my internet issues! They were quick and knowledgeable. I would recommend asking for one of them when calling customer service.

So excited for our new Internet service. We recently relocated back home to Utah from Georgia. Our kids have needed internet for school (something we didn’t need in Georgia) and we’re a bit panicked they would get behind. We called CentraCom yesterday and they got us in this morning.
Nathan, our installer, was prompt, friendly, thorough, and happily made insightful suggestions to configure our network for our needs. I highly recommend CentraCom for anyone new, like us, to the Manti/Ephraim area.

I had an issue with a low hanging wire and even though technically they are only provide internet service they made the phone calls to get it fixed. Than you CentraCom!

Their rates are very competitive with their competition, while providing solid service and real living people to assist you quickly for any support, billing and service questions or requests.
