I feel like they've changed the feel of how their clothing fits over the last few years. They also have way to many Tapered vs. normal jeans. I went to this store like a month ago on a Friday looking for 33×32 Skinny jeans but weren't in stock. I told the girl TWICE SPECIFICALLY to order: "33×32 Skinny Black".....a week later I received a 31×32?!?!?!?Nearly everytime I've ordered from them I've received the wrong size so I don't trust their shipping department anymore ??

A lot better prices than I expected. Some great sales on winter items. I wanted a light sweater/jacket and found several options available for $29.99 & $39.99. Sales staff were friendly and accommodating. I purchased a hoodie and very happy with overall quality, price and location. I'll be back for sure.

If your hours are posted and say you close at 9pm stay open till 9pm! We showed up at 8:45pm and they were closed! We were well aware that we only had 15 minutes till close and intended on being in and out to allow them to close on time. Come on do better and serve your customers!

What is wrong with this location!! An employee blocks the entire door refusing to let you in before asking you a million question. Why am I being forced to stand in the entry way, told there is a 10-15 minute wait to BROWSE??? As there is no one in the store and an employee just waiting at the register. Why am I being SCREENED and asked questions of what I’m shopping for. This is such a bad customer service experience. I saw 7 groups turned away during the time I had to wait in that lobby. I was forced to wait in a small lobby with 5 other people just for a return. Every time a new person came in the employee had to explain the whole d*** situation which of course made the returns even longer for everyone! The employee claimed it was understaffing but people do not need staff to help browse the clothing. It’s just all so ridiculous. I can get through airport security easier than I could get into this American Eagle. Nothing was simple or efficient or created a good customer experience. Employees were unwelcoming. Just horrible. I will not be returning until they get rid of the employees blocking the door. So ridiculous because I’m sure they’ve missed out on so many sales. If this is a corporate thing then it is being executed SO poorly and should be reevaluated. Clearly based on reviews the owner isn’t listening either, because it’s been a whole year of people experiencing this super uncomfortable experience. I’m not surprised their understaffed because if I was forced to treat employees like that in an entry way and creating frustration and an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone, I’d quit immediately.

I went to this location today and was very disappointed. I had to wait in the foyer for people to leave which was interesting since there was hardly anyone in the store. I had a hard time finding someone to help me then when I did, they said they would have someone check in the back to see if they had my size. I waited around in my dressing room and no one ever came back to tell me if they did find it. I ended up just leaving and ordering online. Most of the staff was not friendly. Next time I will just go to the Layton location.

An employee blocks the entrance not allowing entry until He has tried to find out exactly what you are trying to purchase, in addition to attempting to force feed you sale items. No welcoming attitude, more like a verbal frisking. Forget just wanting to browse! Used car lots are no longer the toughest place to “just look”. It seems this A.E. has taken top spot for pushy overbearing employees. After leaving the store, all in our group mentioned how uncomfortable of an interaction we had just experienced.

Kennedy was absolutely amazing! She found out my brother and I were buying clothes for a vacation and got to work putting outfits together for us. She went back and forth between our fitting rooms until we had everything we wanted (and more)! We will definitely be back to see her!

Two years ago, I had never shopped at American Eagle. There came a point when I needed to buy new jeans, and normally I buy jeans at Old Navy. My old manager told me once that he buys all his stuff at AE, including jeans, and that they are very comfortable, so this time I decided to try them out. Since then, I have bought five pairs of jeans, along with shirts and other stuff from there. I have tried things on in this store, and I have bought stuff with in-store pickup. The associates are friendly and helpful, and the jeans are so comfortable, I don’t know if I’ll find jeans that are more comfortable.
