I came in today with my baby to return my new iPhone and needed help transferring my SIM card to my old phone. When I first went in, I was greeted and I was told to take a seat and someone would help me. Not too long after someone came and talked to me and told me how to do a couple steps to transfer my SIM card to my old phone and said to just follow the steps as I go and then immediately left to go help another customer. So I was left waiting for 20 minutes. Then another store associate came by and helped me with another step the left. I was left waiting for the second time.. and FINALLY an associate named Tyler helped means actually stayed with me to finish the process. It was a nightmare to be left waiting TWICE all while dealing with a crying baby. Tyler apologized that I was getting passed off so many times. It was a frustrating experience for me today but I’m grateful Tyler gave excellent customer service and didn’t leave me hanging.

This store is great! I went in to fix my phone before they opened without knowing. They still took the time to help me get it fixed with no cost. Adam is a real one

So when I looked up the closest Apple Store online it gave me the option to set an appt, which made me very happy to have something scheduled as I had other things I needed to get to today. So, I promptly set one to have someone help me with my sons phone. We arrived at our appt time and a nice man checked us in by the door. He then informed us to go toward the front and have a seat and someone would be by to help us. While sitting there for some time, I just looked around and could see all those who looked like employees were helping other people. After 15 mins of sitting there I finally had someone finish who they were helping and asked them how the situation works as I had an appt but no one had come to assist or even said anything to us after sitting down. He told me that they were a little behind. The ladies sitting next to us said there appt was 40 mins ago and they were still there. So I made the point to the employee that setting an appt seems pointless. Another employee came over and said it puts you in a queue and order as to who to help next. He then said we should view their place like a Doctors office. I said this isn’t a doctors office and they are dealing with peoples health not phones and he said they work on the health of our phones. After hearing that response, something that might be the stupidest thing Id ever heard, I told my son to hop up and we are leaving. Why would a company offer appts and then just have people sit at a table for some indefinite period of time hoping someone will eventually help them? I guess if you have hours in your day to just waste time (I do not) then you can hang out at the Apple Store hoping someone eventually helps you. How is this honestly a valid way to run a business. For the first time I am now thinking maybe Apple is a garbage company that sells very expensive phones and offers you help if they feel like it. At this point, I think I’m done with the Apple store at Farmington station and maybe even the company altogether.

The Apple store at Farmington Station is huge and has lots of Apple phone representatives ready to assist you. They were all friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 3:15 PM and was told to come back at 4:15 to pick up the phone from being repaired at that time. It wasn’t ready for pick up. They said to come back at 5:30 to pick up at that time. It wasn’t ready for pick up then they said to give them about 25 minutes. What was needed is my top speaker was not working at all so I couldn’t hear people when they called me unless I put them on my speaker. They ended up giving me practically a new phone except for the outer casing. I’m glad I had Google storage that preserved my phones settings since it was totally wiped out.
I’m still grateful that I was able to get it repaired the same day. I totally recommend this store for Apple customers.

Terrible customer service. Just cared about the sell didn’t want to help set up a new phone or help go through the process. Also wanted to buy a case and could get any help with that also

My wife was ready to buy an iPhone 17 pro Max and the employee refused to accept a physical credit card. He had a poor attitude and said the only acceptable form of payment was to scan a QR code. Save time and give your money to another store that can at least pretend to care about its customers.

When we came in, we weren’t greeted. We came in knowing what we wanted and had everything picked out. We had to wait over 20 mins for anyone to help us. There was a worker there that we asked for help and all he did was tell us to stand there and someone will be with us but we still had to wait about 15mins after that. Since Apple has universal pricing, in my opinion i would go to a different store to get apple products.
