Two weeks ago, I went to your store to ask for a proof or purchase for a phone that one of my kids had locked and didn’t remember the code. There was a black tall man at the door picking his teeth, when I told him what I needed he refused to help me and gave me the nastiest meanest service I have ever encountered ever! When I tried to look at the other sales people for help, nobody helped me. He kept talking over me so dismissive and with the biggest attitude, he treated me like a second class citizen. When I asked for a manager, he refused to give me the information. I tried talking to the other short black hair beard man and he ignored me as if I wasn’t even there. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. They all refused to help me or ignore me, they refused to give me their names. I was shaken and in tears because of the way I was threaten at this location. When I called the 611 number they were very helpful and understood what I needed. They listened to me and immediately apologized for the way that store had treated me. Later on I was told that this was a franchise location and that’s the reason for their lack of customer service. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT AT THAT STORE.

My boyfriend & I went in to talk about our plan as it was too high for us financially & we couldn’t figure out why. We got that resolved & then we started asking questions about possibly renewing with them. They were ALL (Julien, Jonathan & Emily) extremely helpful! They showed us all of our options & what we could do. We didn’t intend on going in to upgrade our phones but we did bc of their customer service. I am also a very indecisive person who doesn’t necessarily need all the top tier things but more so the bang for our buck type. Emily REALLY helped me decide & gave me honest feedback WITHOUT trying to upsell me. This is exactly why we decided to stay with them & we left extremely happy. Thank you!!

Julian waits on me most of the time I come in. He has always been knowledgeable, pleasant, well groomed and polite. This is a good attitude store.

We switched over in March and our bill is nothing like they quoted us from the Farmington store.
We're getting all these extra charges that were never quoted or discussed. What was quoted and promised is not what was delivered.

For those who are giving anything more than 1 single star good luck; my bill is/was NOTHING like quoted; I was told “your bill won’t go up” lie; I was also told “pay this amount and your bill will be back to where it was pre upgrade; ANOTHER LIE!!!; I talked with Samantha who sent the text saying “I’ll be following up soon, if you have questions please feel free to text” I was also told to email their customer service email, I’ve sent 7 (yes 7) texts asking about my bill and the late charges; for a communication company that can’t respond to emails or texts????( 4 emails and 7 texts)…… guess they can’t help that their employees are all incompetent because every one I’ve talked with has been a different story; lousy and worthless;
I was also told today concerning late fees (the worker even checked my history and bills were paid BEFORE DUE); I was told well I’m sorry the sales reps misled (yes the att customer service guy used the word misled just keep payin; it will clear up; I asked sooo because I was lied to, and att can’t get their stuff straight or right or respond I pay for their mistake and neglect to get back to me? Make it make sense

My son and I walked in to upgrade his phone and instantly we were greeted by Samantha (Sammy) and Yonathan. Big smiles on their face and ready to help. We definitely made the situation complicated by coming in with so many requests but Yonathan didn't break a sweat. He gladly took care of every obstacle we threw at him. During the process of the upgrade there was some waiting which is absolutely normal, Yonathan and Sammy both kept up conversations with us, made the wait fun and memorable, we definitely laughed a lot. Thank you both for your time and patience with a very busy and complicated mom. I need another phone excuse to come visit you guys. Yonathan you are awesome and you have an amazing personality for what you do. Keep up the amazing work and patience! We definitely left your store with a huge smile on our faces!

I went to AT&T in Farmington in January 2024 to get my son’s phone upgraded and a few accessories as a gift. I told Julian it was to be basic, no “bells, whistles, etc.” Julian spoke with my son, who lives in TX. All necessary info was exchanged, Julian assured both me and my son there would not be an increase. My son’s bill would remain approx $85-$90.00 monthly. It was repeated a few times that they could not afford more than that. Julian confirmed it would remain in said range. I paid for accessories ( two bills, for whatever reason Julian said) he wrapped them up and the box was mailed at the Harmon’s PO.
His Feb bill comes, costing almost double. Then, the next cycle (March) I paid $238.77 to “ get this squared away.” A rep told us that that would have his account cleared up, and his next bill would be back to the $85-$90.00 range. The bill still did not return to expected range. I went to AT&T April 19th, was told by Samantha she could see errors on his account, she would have her manager contact my son to set bill straight. I left her with all needed contact info. My son asked Samantha “ while you’re sorting out my bill, I will not have late fees correct.” Samantha never responded. My son has called AT&T call center 4-5 times with no results. Samantha /Julian has not responded to my texts (3). I now have late fees over $100.00 due to all AT&T employees who do not know what they’re doing, do not follow through on customer service. We don’t have $$ to pay late fees that should not be on account in first place. Also, the credit due for the blackout was not received.
I am more than sorry to have done business there. I initially gave them high marks. That was before I would learn that apparently, they’re not honest in their business.

Julian, Sammy, and Yonathan, were rockstars. I came in after getting my phone stolen and every step of the way was cordial, friendly, and professional. They were ready to get me the best deal but not forceful with the upsells, putting my problem and budget as the priority. I’ve been coming to this store for years but never before had an experience like this. Julian even hooked me up with a rec on a mechanic in the area that he uses.

The store has really good people and hard-working individuals. That really just want to provide you with the help that you need when you come into the store. Thank you for providing me with an ear to listen and good feedback that I was able to listen to as well Utah really is one of the beautiful states and this AT&T store is one of the best of them.

Julian helped my son upgrade in store. When I was under the impression that the policy was something different. When I went into the store Julian was extremely disrespectful to my face, and had the worst attitude, refused to get into my account when I asked more then once.. he kept interrupting me as I was trying to talk. Refused to give me his DM name. Sunni came over and stepped In. She was good and answered my questions. I would NOT recommend this store just for Julian Alone

Ricky was absolutely the best! I had broken my phone and was unable to get into it so I needed a new one. He never tried to upsell me on anything. I actually got the iPhone 14 and while I was doing all of that he lowered my bill by at least $100 if not 120 Every time I’ve been to an AT&T store where I live nobody’s ever gone over my bill and try to figure out how to lower it. Thank you so much Ricky! This is definitely now my new store! I will travel 20 minutes to get the best service. Thank you thank you thank you!

She was nice and friendly but they don't know what they are doing. She told me my bill would only increase $6.00 per month when it's actually $36.00. Also didn't know the difference between the Samsung S24 basic and the plus phone. She said only the size....not true. The plus holds more storage, has a bigger battery and the graphics are better. They also neglected to tell us we could get a $1,000.00 credit for our old phone if we paid the balance off, otherwise it's only $350.00. Spent hours in the Layton corporate store trying to resolve the mess they made. The Farmington store billed it wrong so it took a long time to resolve. What a mess!! Luckily, I think we have things resolved now. Will not be going back to the Farmington store. They are an authorized store not corporate and do a lot of things wrong. Also, they were not good at communicating some other things to us, which I won't go into.

Omg! Just left AT&T in Farmington station! The worker had lice crawling all over! You could see the eggs! Welts all over her chest and her finger nails were caked with dirt. I am not one to judge but I should not go to an AT&T store and worry about getting lice.
