From the moment I made the initial call, the representative put my mind at ease. She walked me through the entire process from start to finish in a clear and professional manner. When I brought my vehicle in for inspection, Morayma S. handled it. She was incredibly thorough, asking open-ended questions and gathering all the necessary vehicle details.

“This was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had at autozone. My truck runs two batteries and one had gone completely dead and the other was no longer holding a charge for longer than 24 hrs. I had a road trip I was leaving for and didn’t have time to replace the batteries due to the time it takes to change the GMC 3500 batteries and the auto zone team jumped into action and said they would be happy to help me get them changed out. A job that would have normally taken around an hour solo was done in 20 min with the help of the team.
Top notch service and high quality parts. I will definitely make this store my new home for all my car needs!

“I’m in the process of doing a complete rebuild on my 95 12v Cummins. I ordered injectors about 2 months ago and I’m just now getting around to installing them. And there was a mix up where I was given the correct injectors but wrong year. Even tho it was 2 months prior they sent me out the correct set free of charge to make things right!! Great company to work with and will continue to buy products from them!!”
“Excellent service all around, came in and got an oil change right before I'd be leaving town for the weekend but had found my splash cover over my oil filter had fallen off at some point and taken the mounting hardware with it. I found a spare cover plate I had and came back the next day, they took care of me and got the spare attached no charge. Top notch, thank you for the peace of mind!”

“I would like to offer a positive review on Gilbert Herrera. He was so helpful when I went in this morning. I was so impressed with his ability to provide outstanding costumer services. He went above and beyond his assigned duties. I needed to replace my key fob battery, my engine air filter and my AC filter and he showed me how to do everything. Showed me videos from youtube, came outside to my car and walked me through everything I needed to do. Allowed me to use his tools. He was friendly and helpful. I will definitively will be coming back for my vehicle needs becuase of the great positive interactions with Gilbert.”

“I came in to service my 2006 Winnebago for an oil change on my engine and my generator.When checking in the service advisor Hendrick asked if my RV had been winterized yet. Sadly, life and been busy and winter came on much faster than I had anticipated and I was not able to winterize my RV before the cold set in.Fast forward to me picking up my rig and I find out that they had been able to leave my RV in the building to help defrost my lines! I was able to drive back home and perform winterization on my RV.Hendrick went above and beyond to help me! Such great service from him and the team. THANK YOU. You have one happy customer here.”
