I have a six-pound reactive rescue dog who thinks she is fierce. I was walking her when she dived under a hole in a neighbor's fence, I assume, to attack their dog. The dog on the other side of the fence bit her face. My dog popped out from under the wall, whale eyes, blood spewing out of her mouth, her legs straight up in the air, looking like rigor mortis had already set it. I thought she was dead. I called Bayview from the car and told them I was coming. When I got there, they immediately took her to a room. She was shaking and scared, and the second thing they did after weighing her was treat her pain. Fortunately, she had no serious issues, but I will always be grateful for how quickly Dr Smart and the team at Bayview took care of my dog during a crisis.

If I could give them a NEGATIVE STAR I would?… My sister took her farrett in to get looked at because she was losing hair and energy. They said that she was perfectly healthy and that her hair would grow back. She died today because of this hospital! My sister also took her other farrett here before and he died shortly after as well. Please save your animals and take them elsewhere.

The staff was very compassionate and helpful our sweet boxer was sick and we had to make the hard decision of putting her down. They were honest up front with everything we knew what to expect financially and the process. When we arrived they took care of all of us. We were able say goodbye privately and stay as long as needed. Thank you for helping us take care of our dog in her final moments

I just wanna say hands down the best experience i could ask for!!! I would rate my experience 10 star!! They were easy going made me and my little girl Mary feel comfortable and safe. I went in to take Mary for her c section ( frenchie),
Dr Mary Smart , Megan, Simon, Ashley helped make this experience fun and memorable… they really do care about our families (puppies) like we do… thanks again for making this such an amazing experience!! Would recommend it to anyone who wants to take care of their family members the right way. 8 puppies total!! 5 boys 3 girls!!

We went to Farmington for the first time. Two of our three dogs sometimes don't eat (one is on medication) and we were worried the other one might eat both of their meals so we asked them to feed them separately. When we went to pick them up three days later, one of the greedy dogs was completely round and fat! I'm shocked that even though I'm paying a lot of money they can't even do such a simple thing! We have decided that we will never use this place again and we will not recommend it to anyone!

This place saved my little old man! From the second we walked in the door, EVERYONE was so nice. They were amazing with him. He ended up needing to be sedated for a procedure and to check for foxtails in his sinuses after he had a major seizure. The doctor explained everything so nicely and concerns due to my dogs age. My daughter and I felt so comfortable leaving him for the procedure. After picking him up, they went over everything to take care of him. It was such an amazing experience. And the prices... I couldn't believe it. I was expecting a couple thousand dollar vet bill but wow! Very affordable. My old man is doing great and chilling out recovering.
TGANK YOU EVERYONE WHO HELPED US?

I just moved to Layton and did not have a vet yet. My dog got an ear infection so I called the Layton location to get an appt. They got her in the next day which was amazing for not being an existing patient. I took her in and the staff were very friendly but there was a lack of communication. The vet had a very strong accent and was super nice but he did not tell me what he was doing before he did it. He cleaned her ears but never said what he was going to do. Then he put medicine in her years and then told me what it was and that it would be there for 3 weeks. Then he gave her a shot but again never said he was going to or even what it was. Then I was walked up to the counter to pay and was given a bottle of pills. I was told to give her one daily. This is the first time I have seen a vet where they did not come in and discuss a treatment plan and usually they discuss cost before doing anything. It was a bit of sticker shock when I got the bill of $233 for an ear infection. I think they were all really nice but could use some improvement on the communication.
