Casey front desk manager at Farmington, Utah location is very rude and not professional in the way he talks to customers! I wish he was taught lesson in customer service! I am very disappointed in his attitude and behavior when talking with customers! Now cashier Tori was nice and helpful she knows how to talk with customers! If I was store manager I would make sure the front end supervisor understands customer service! And maybe Casey should take some more learning lessons in customer service.

I tried to call and ask a few simple questions about replacing my phone screen and it was impossible to reach an employee over the phone. ALL calls get rerouted to a call center with folks who can barely speak English. As a result, I wasted time and gas to find out I couldn't be helped at Best Buy. I've taken my business elsewhere.

I have purchased some things from this store. Decent place to go. PLEASE NOTE BEST BUY - I have read that you will be discontinuing the sales of DVD's/Blue rays - Note that I for one will continue to purchase them - evidently not from you. When I travel the only streaming services that work are Movies Anywhere and Disney and through my own Plex server. Yes, I will buy hard copies and especially those that come with digital copies as well. Reliance upon digital services is foolish and unreliable.

I placed an order and was supposed to arrive by mail 3 days ago. I got lost with OnTrac. It showed that it was not received by them. I went to the store to get a refund and the manager on shift REFUSED to refund my money even with receipt on hand after they verified that the package was not located.. They said it has to go thru the process. What process?My package did not arrive on time , I want my money back and now they are refusing to give it back. This is unacceptable.

I came in right before an event needing some adapters and everyone that I interacted with here was super helpful. There were two workers right at the door who asked if I needed help finding something. From there I was helped by four others from different departments and they helped me to find exactly what I needed.

i love Best Buy...just makes me wish i didnt have to live on a budget...i almost want one or more of everything in that store...i just love being in there and looking at all the cool stuff they have that i dont...still a fun place to check out new stuff...its good to dream?

If you really want my opinion, get there total Tech membership. That's when you would really enjoy it. Shopping at best buys pic, you wouldn't have to purchase.Extra maintenance package or anything.

Scheduled online appointment for geeksquad and they did not have the required replacement items. Instead of coming up with a solution or time frame for getting the product the rep decided to have a snippy attitude. Not on me that bestbuy uses a service center with no access to inventory... my time was wasted not yours. Esmay chose to be rude and have an attitude as opposed to finding solutions and will use other service centers for repairs in the future

Love going to best buy! It’s always fun to walk around and do some window shopping. Big shout out to the employees for helping me with my *very* specific questions that I had. They’re either able to help me or they quickly have someone come over to help me.One thing to know going in though is that unless you’re going during a “busy” time there won’t be a lot of employees working. Not a problem for me but a problem for some people.

Nice store. Amazing workers. The fridges there were dope. Took a selfie in one bc why not. It had a mirror feature which was pretty cool. Go buy it. They also have monster drinks there. Which were pretty bussin.

I went to buy a specific cell phone. The Best buy employee was helpful but provided me with wrong model of phone. I didn't notice until I got home and had opened it. Best buy was great to take it back and I was only out the restocking fee.

Honestly no employee was helpful. They all seemed to look busy but not one person asked me if I needed help finding anything.The return policy is very good though, I bought an “open box” car Mount and the cashier was super awesome at explaining that if it’s broken or anything, I can return it with pretty much no questions asked within 14 days.They have a lot here, so chances are they’ll have what you need.

Terrible product availability, the staff is completely inept, and when you call they just send you to a call center in the Philippines and they can't even tell you if a product is available! I don't get how Best Buy survived the retail apocalypse when actual good stores didn't. I guess money laundering pays off.
