Came here for dinner tonight. Food was alright I’ll give them that. But I waited in line for 30 minutes which I expected for a Saturday evening. I got up to the front and they implemented a new system, where they take your order and pay instead of going down the line like before. Well this is a slower process. Much slower. I waited another 30 minutes after I ordered and paid. Being completely honest I could have gone to the town over to get basically the same food and drove back and finished eating by the time I got my food here. One of the pizzas I got was burned as well. Will not be coming back.

READ TO THE END - REVIEW EDITED 4/19I hate giving bad reviews. Have traveled through 43 states and left many - normally 5-stars - for good food and good service. My last visit to Blaze (4/7) unfortunately will be my last. Which is sad, since I have taken many groups (probably 75-100 people over the past two years) from out of state by there as one of my local favorites. Why?1. Service - the new method of ordering is a potential train-wreck - and my last experience was one. Instead of building your own, which was so cool, you give your list to the cashier and go sit down (hoping they get it right and don't get it mixed up with all the other orders). Well, not only did my wife not get the right ingredients (some of the wrong ones cause her migraines), it was a combination of both her and my ingredients. It was bizarre. My pizza took another 40 minutes to come out (got lost in the shuffle) and had a lot of her ingredients (?).2. Response - I spoke with the manager (or person in charge) and they offered a refund because I didn't have time to wait for another attempt (had a meeting I had to get to). Was told the internet wasn't working (?) but they took my name and number (in big, bold black ink on a big piece of paper) and was told the manager would call Monday morning (4/8) and refund the purchase. It's now seven days later (I'm a pretty patient person generally) and I still haven't heard from the manager.3. Conclusion - I love the Blaze concept, but somebody goofed with the new process. I do not have the time or money to waste on what should be a simple and enjoyable experience. Will be taking my family, friends, and visitors elsewhere.________________________________After completing a company review of the above visit, the manager quickly reached out and apologized for the whole situation. We worked out a time for me to come by and he refunded the cost of the pizzas and offered a couple of free ones for the situation. He was very polite, professional and someone I would do business with in the future. He even addressed their new method of pizza preparation and shared that they are working to iron out the issues - which is great. From the gracious response and professional, customer-friendly response, I will definitely be returning for another visit. I'm not quite back to 5 stars yet (waiting on the next visit), but it definitely went from a sub 1 to a 4 simply because they cared for the customer :) (Me)Thanks Jaxon!

I have always loved going to Blaze and being able to do a create your own. Blaze has since done way with the walking down the line step by step and you now just read off what you want at the cash register. It now takes much longer to get your pizza and the workers don’t care as much as they did when you were watching them make it. I was shorted toppings and they left off several things that I had asked for. Quality has gone down hill, not to mention that the price is outrageous for these kind of mistakes.Sorry Blaze I don’t think I’ll be going back soon.

Shrinkflation. They need to bring back letting customers walk the line and add what they want. Increase prices if needed to give people what they want. What you get for the price now just isn’t worth it!! Corporate really screwed up a good thing with these new changes :(

First time there. It wasn't busy so it was pretty quiet. Build your own pizza is a great option. Personally cheese bread was pretty good.

Great food. Air vent blew cold air directly on our table. It was very uncomfortable.

I was out of town visiting my friends, Kathy and Harry, one weekend. We spent the whole day playing a competitive game of Hopscotch with some high school kids for a solid day. Man, those students had some skills, but they had nothing against my fancy dancy hoppy hat trick I've perfected over the years. After becoming local celebrities, we figured it was only appropriate to grab us a bite to eat. It was difficult to find a place to eat in Farmington Station, mostly shopping centers. And although our championship win gave us leisure to splurge, we just didn't want to be engulfed by the crowd of hopscotchamaniacs. So we did the logical thing to do and sneak out of there. Kathy and Harry quickly skirmished out of sight, which left me, once again, all alone. You wouldn't believe it, we had paparazzi crowds everywhere on the search for us. I hid in bushes, trees, a fountain, everywhere. It wasn't until I heard a whisper voice me aside, "psst, you'll be safe in here." This strange gentleman lead me into this building. The man then told me to take a seat and have a slice. I thought it was a strange thing to say to a hopscotch master, but I listened to him anyway. Who would've known, I was hiding out in a pizza place. It was a nice break from hours of constant hiding. Oh, and amazing pizza by the way.

Pizza is a little thin and didn't fill me up so I had to spend more money than I usually do on pizza, but it tastes great!

This location has you order without going through the line to pick your toppings or watch your pizza being built. What came out was very disappointing and not at all what I experience when I build my own as I go through the line.

Fix your double registerAnd train people to ask for drinks when ur ordering so I don’t have to come back and wait for someone to build a pizza for 10 mins to buy a drink I should have been asked if I wanted and the misleading counter one

Food is consistent and great, staff not so much. Getting slower and slower each time we go. Staff do not have any sense of urgency. Last time I visited, my wife and I walked out after 15 minutes in the same place when there was 4 people ahead of us, they moved at -100mph. Going to MOD pizza from now on. Oh and each and every table was grotesque.

24 minutes and still no pizza. Looks like not enough help and at least one slow worker. Got the first pizza at 30 minutes, second one took 35 minutes.

They recently made a change I'm not happy with. They removed the entire "build your own" aspect of Blaze. You now just tell your toppings up front and wait. Lines are now twice as long and slow because of this. And several orders have gotten mixed up. And I had to wait over an hour for my pizza. Blaze this new system SUCKS!!!

Came at 9:20 pm on Pie Day to a closed lobby - 40 minutes early!!!! No one would answer the door and when you called in, you can not talk to someone at the storefront.
