Great experience! We bought a toy rifle for our son as a reward for when he completed a chore chart. It took him a month, but he earned it! He was so excited till he figured out that it didn't work. We no longer had the receipt, but we went in to customer service anyway. Paula and Maxine were great! They let him swap it out with a new one which is working beautifully. That was above and beyond! He is so happy. Thanks for going the extra mile.

Fun store to go to, my kids love looking at all of the mounted animals and the fish tank. Great quality stuff but I have found there cost to be a little higher
then there competitors.

Saw a used firearm that I liked. Looked like it was never shot, however, can't take the trigger lock off to test function. Rep informed me that if there was any issues within 30 days I could get my money back. I took it to test it that night and couldn't even get 5 rounds through. It was having severe issues making it pretty much inoperable. I brought it back the next day and different rep said nope, can't do anything about it other than buy it back for 30% less. Wish the initial guy was honest in the first place. On top of it, for about $150 I could have and should have bought it new. Much disappointment.

Love this place! They always have what I am looking for and MORE! The employees are always so helpful and accommodating even when they are slammed!!
I always make sure to use my club card though because I am saving up my points to get a boat!

Walked in around 11:00 AM and didn't leave until almost 5:00 PM. Came in to look around in the fly fishing section, and ended up chatting with John and Ben and two other employees, talking about fly fishing, letting them sell me flies and a rod and a dozen other things. John worked with me on fly selection and my cast, and we talked about strategy and places to go. I felt like I had been in class all day, and I should have written him a check for the knowledge he shared with me.
Ben showed up toward the end and started talking hunting and fishing, and this guy turned out to know his stuff, too.
I've been to a lot of sporting goods stores, but never anything like this. This is something different. There's no other store like this anywhere, and I travel a lot. These guys are amazing, and whatever I'm doing the next time I'm in Farmington, I'll be happy to stop by and spend more money.

Went in looking for binoculars at around 5 today and was helped out by an employee (I think his name was Steve but I'm horrible with names). I know nothing about binoculars... at least I didn't until after talking to this guy. He was extremely helpful and kind! Hope he gets recognized for his great customer service.

Unfortunately if you are looking for something, especially clothing and shoes for kids the best option is shopping online. They even said that in the store we should shop online for their full inventory options. I agree. Just shop online instead of this place.

Stopped by the knife department. Don was helpful, cheerful, and very accommodating to my many questions. Great place to visit, and the customer service was outstanding. Will definitely be going back.
