This must be a hidden branch, because I feel like it's never busy when I go in. Business Bankers are always on-time and helpful during any appointments I've had with them. The branch is really clean too. I appreciate the staff is friendly.

Every time I’ve gone in it’s been good, but I work an hour away with no chase banks near and don’t get home until 5pm, and I guess now this location is closed weekends (Saturday’s?) I know there is a location 8 miles the opposite direction, but it’s still a hassle. Be cool if it was open hours customers could go after work or days off. Oh and not this location related but Chase bank related, pulls money out of my account 5 days prior to the date I authorized chase to initiate transaction. (Initiate does not mean complete. That legally means the date you can begin) that almost put me on the negative.

I thought this was a respectful bank! I had an issue with a transaction and needed to visit the branch. I was absolutely mortified by the branch manager (I was told her name was Michelle). As I was waiting to speak to her regarding my issue I could hear her yelling on a cell phone she was using to presumably what I would assume was her child. I normally love this branch, however this past year there has been a decline in the kindness of the branch tellers. I overheard one commenting on the yelling by the branch manager that this was "par for the course". Please Chase make this branch better! I'm giving 2 out of 5 because the tellers are great!

They have a drive through and 24 hr ATM. I haven't interacted with any employees there and that's the only reason I didnt give 5 stars; idk how their customer service actually is.

I have been a customer since Washington Mutual, Sense like forever. The experience I have with Chase is TERRIBLE. I feel that NOT one employee there knows what they are doing! THAT IS SCARY!!!! they are handling our finances!! Anyways, I went to the teller, asked for some money, they needed my ID, my card, my address, all of that. I didnt have my ID, but i did have my chase card. I DO know you can pull my ID picture up and see its me. but she said she needed my ID... ? I verified my info was all correct. SHE then said i needed more to prove it was me!? YOU know its me! This place blows

I have been a customer since Washington Mutual. The experience I had was one that has made me want to leave unfortunately. It was a Saturday and only 1 banker and 1 teller were staffed to manage a branch. We were approached by the banker who was already working with someone and asked that we come back another day or go to another branch because he was busy the rest of the day with back to back appointments. So I then proceeded to go to the teller line for help and he asked if I would take up much time because they could not help me if I was going to hold up the line. I assured him that it wouldn't take long. Perhaps he felt a little uneasy because of our request of getting information about the account. You know like balances and dates of deposit. Luckily the teller was able to balance the drive and us and try to provide the best customer service she could. My thoughts- if you are staffing 2 people to run a branch, then either you are slow or as a company you care for the profits instead and not customer service. Unfortunately the staff only reflect the leadership instilled and I will no longer bank there. I know what great customer service should be and it was not provided to its fullest ability. Hopefully this can get to someone who cares and wants to make a change to all of Chase's customers and not just those who have a certain net worth in their bank.
