“Apple stores are always busy- but they greeted me promptly and got an idea of my need before letting me know my wait time. Another person got to me well within the wait time window, which was awesome, and was helpful, professional, thorough and quick. For this location, parking is a bit tricky and there can be some walking to get there, but the experience in store was smooth.”

Basically, my pc was crashing whenever I would run a specific game, I was super anxious I would need to replace the GPU or PSU. I had to leave home for a week but they kept me in the loop with the tests the where doing AND gave me a new power cord since the likely suspect was my cat chewing threw mine and causing the lack of power my pc needed.
These guys where really nice and put up with my worrying, would come here again😊”

“Difficulty to find the exact cause on my computer issues. Upgraded just about everything but in the end no real answers. I asked if I needed a new computer or just update it. Updated seemed more favorable but this did not solve the problems. New computer is needed, so this is more$$$.”

The website was incredibly informative and easy to navigate, and made making a decision before even entering the store a breeze! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the interior was clean and everything was well presented! “Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. David, the owner, identified the problem quickly and completed the work on our laptop much faster than expected. He did have to call a few times to identify potential electrical problems (which turned out to be correct).
The fees are quite reasonable and we have been very satisfied. Recommend this company highly and will use them again if we need to.”

“Best place to buy electronics if you have total tech. If not then I guess go to Costco but they don't have the selection best buy does. When we got best buy has something for everyone in the family and that's why it get 5 Stars from me.”
