I was hit with an audit from the insurance company themselves not insure-west and it put a significant stress on our business. We are a rapidly growing business in the western Rocky Mountain states and It was not communicated by the said insurance company what was to be expected. Matt wouldn't have known either what that was to be. It really came as just a surprise draft from our business checking one day.

I am a first time business owner on this scale so surprises are not usually fun. Matt has taken the time to care and explain in best ways possible. Now that we cleared that up I can relate to what happened:

Turns out the insurance company behind the policy had challenges in communication and getting that communication to myself directly. It was outside of the scope that Insure-West was able to provide. It would have been nice to have insure-west maybe provide that context that a policy was to hit collections way before it had an opportunity to sniff that, but again that is outside of the pure scope of what they provide. Personally I try to welcome appropriate communication so that little things do not turn into larger things.

If you are looking for a good agent then Matt is pretty great. He will take that time and I plan on meeting with him in the future more regularly so I can have better understanding for myself and our business.”
