I have been eating at this Javier’s location (and others) for years. I love this location especially because of the staff and the salsa bar. I like everything I’ve had, but my favorite is simply the beef taco and cheese enchiladas, and the nachos dulces for dessert!!I’ve dinned in and done take out. It’s always great.

By far the worst "mexican" food I have ever had. It is definitely nothing like authentic mexican food and trying to call it as such is an abomination to real mexican style food. The shredded beef is extremely soggy and has the texture of wet paper. The tamales don't have nearly enough filling and honestly taste like they are previously frozen, the only plus is that they were moist. The chili verde was terrible. Their salsa tasted like they made it with marinara sauce doused with oregano and salt and was the consistency of water. The beef burrito was atrocious, it comes with soggy shredded lettuce inside (lettuce should never be on a burrito in the first place!) My wife got a chimichanga that was swimming in oil with below sub-par enchilada sauce. Her guac was brown. The beans were soupy and bland. The rice tasted like they made it with chicken flavored Top Ramen seasoning. And to top it all off, the flavor of everything was just gross. This was my first and last time eating their food. I was considering going to Betos and should have gone there instead because I would have gotten better food for a lot less money. This was the worst $30 I've ever spent on food. Do not be fooled my their menu, it sounds better than it really is! I have never been more disappointed about my food in my life. Absolutely disgusting and terrible. I imagine this place being run by a person who has absolutely no idea what seasoning is and labels things wrapped in a tortilla as mexican food. La Puente or Red Iguana are much better restaurants and are a lot closer to authentic.

This restaurant has been a family favorite for many years. I find myself having cravings for their chicken burrito chile verde, and their El senor Ron chimichanga is so delicious. Plus, they have a self-serve salsa bar with mango, red, and many other varieties of salsas. I feel like leaving home right now and having lunch at Javier's. See you there!

The fajitas and salsa bar are wonderful. They season their food well unlike some other restaurants that don’t.

Seriously, that's the best Mexican restaurant. I am addicted to their beef fajitas, the salsa bar is great, the cheese enchiladas are just perfect! I like the horchata too. The service is amazing and close to you, you know? I love this restaurant.

They don't serve alcohol, it's a Mexican restaurant where you can't order a margarita or a Modelo.

We went there Tuesday evening with a group of 10. They were very accommodating and friendly. Excellent food! Pepes Combo was great, as were the sopapillas, rice, chips and salsa.

This was my first time here and I wasn't disappointed. We did come during lunch so it wasn't very busy so the service was fantastic! I haven't had a quesadilla like the rancho quesadilla. The tortilla was cooked perfectly and the chicken was fantastic! The beans and rice were always really good. I think the biggest downside was the salsa, wasn't my favorite but it wasn't that bad either. Recommend this place at least for lunch!
