I went it to buy my first few pairs of ABC pants, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I later went back to exchange one of the grey pants and once again the staff provided excellent service. I was able to exchange my pants and the rep helped me order some green ABC pants in exchange. 10/10. I will definitely be back to this location.

I can’t be the only one growing weary of stores subjugating me to their political ideologies.
We went by tonight to get $400 in gift cards. Above the register is a big Trans Pride flag.
Making me shop under this flag implies I support all that flag has come to represent. It doesn’t matter the position or topic , I don’t want politics in my shopping experience.

Crazy expensive but one of the best examples I know of where you get what you pay for. Say what you want about how crazy it is to spend in excess of $100 for a pair of sweats or pair of pants - I bought both - they immediately became my go to favorites I wear daily. The service was perfect and I left spending far more than I anticipated. 100% satisfied customer here. 🙂

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. For a company that charges astronomical prices for their products, the customer should be taken care of every time. Unfortunately, this is not the case with this company. I highly discourage purchasing products from this company.

This was my first time purchasing from lulu, the lady at the counter asked if I had an email And I told her no, this was my first time purchasing. She proceeded to tell me I needed an email to purchase anything, but didn’t ask to set me one up. Very rude and disrespectful, and so I had to use my sisters email. I won’t be going back.

This store sucks i order a pair of leggings for my girlfriend and they were the wrong size so I go in the store to fix it and they just completely blow me off like I'm not even there no one was any help.

Love their clothes, but buy online and don’t go to the store unless you’re a hot female that fits their image. Otherwise, the staff ignores you.

Was in search of some new summer workout attire and was able to find some really cute pieces to add to my collection! Hailey was super helpful as she walked me through all the different short options. Ultimately, I ended up choosing the pieces she had pulled for me to try on! Every time I go to this location, I’m always met with great customer service 10/10

I ordered a pair of leggings during the black Friday sale and they already started to pill (I don't dry them or anything) so i called before Christmas to discuss the quality assurance guarantee and the girl i spoke with was really kind and said they would be happy to exchange them but asked if wouldn't mind waiting until after the holiday season, which of course no problem.I went in last night and was met with the most rude employee. She told me "I will do this for you now, but don't think we will do this again. She also told me she "wouldn't recommend the leggings i picked because my legs clearly rub together and that's where the problem lies." She point blank told me "going forward we will not fix this issue for you". Her entire demeanor was that i was there strictly to annoy her. The employee was an older woman with bright red hair.The leggings were my second pair ever, and first i purchase for myself. I was so offput by her poor attitude that I will not be coming back going forward. Especially when they are the ones who have a quality return policy and it was my first time using it.
