Hello, I want to thank Mr. Mike, the supervisor at the Nike store in Farmington, Utah, for helping me with my return. I appreciate his kindness and patience, as well as his initiative in offering me different options for a better purchase and return process.
I am a frequent shopper at this store, and all the staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Thank you all for the top-notch service you always provide.

I visited this location on Saturday November 1st a little after 10 am. Selection of shoes was okay but the clearance area really doesn’t have much. I will say Tyler was a great help though and very friendly. Other than that please tell your employees to say “excuse me“ when walking in front of a person trying on shoes and using the mirrors to see how they look. The blonde shaggy haired guy did this and had an attitude about it all when I confronted him about it. A girl did the same thing before as well. No manners or anything. Tyler was the only employee that greeted me and said hello and asked how I was doing. The other employees there just have terrible customer service skills really and need to actually be trained on how to treat customers. I haven’t been to this location in 5 years. What a terrible downfall experience this place is offering now.

Good assortment of shoes. Took my son to get some shoes. He is quite picky, but was able to find something relatively quickly. They also have a clearance rack. The pair I purchased were $40 off.

Hello nike store in farmington. Me and my husband came in to the store here looking into some Nike/jordan gear. We met an amazing soul Frank Divino. He was so kind professional and brought warth and made it easy when shopping here if I could give Frank a 15 out of 5 I would he 100% earned my respect and I will continue to shop here at this location he deserves a promotion or some kind recognition in his outstanding customer service here at the nike store in farmington thank you Frank for all you do and more. God bless Justin and jalee with love take care keep up the outstanding service.
