After 3 months Nike airs started falling apart. Called the store and they said they would exchange them under warranty. The evening manager said it was at his discretion, and he wouldn’t exchange them, even though the entire upper part of the shoe was falling apart.

Got there 15 mins before close from out of town, got my daughter some shoes for back to school. I use the app mostly now but this time the employees were ready to go home for the most part. I feel bad I got there so late but was reminded about it from a few employees.

This was the worst customer service ever, whenever I ask for a shoe they go back for two seconds and then come out and say they don’t have it here at the store, hate it.

Very disappointed in the customer service here on multiple occasions. I know of several others who have experienced the same thing. The employee’s name is Malachi. He’s rude and has said some very offensive things. There’s no place for remarks like that.

Malachi is an absolute beast. He sold me on a pair of Dunks that I absolutely love! He was able to find them for me, and helped me out big time! His customer service is unrivaled, and truly is the best customer service I’ve ever received in this store! I will for sure be coming back and asking for him!!
