We were just at Old Navy and checking out at the register, the associate asked if we wanted to open a rewards program for a discount. Turns out it was a credit card and we were not aware of it. The associate didn’t mention ANYTHING about a credit card. They pulled our credit and gave a us a credit card and happened to mention, after we had gone through with the transaction. We talked to the manager and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Very frustrating and unimpressed.

Great selection, but the discount labels don’t make any sense. Every time I pick something off a rack, it’s usually double or triple the listed discount price. The sales make no sense, and everything is more expensive than you think it is.

Was helped by brandi, she was extremely rude and seems like she hates working there and reflects it back onto the customers. She was also rude to the other employee working the register with her in front of all the customers in line.

I called to ask to put something on hold so I can just come in and buy because this store is usually messy and can never find what I see online. The woman who answered was rude. She sounded like she didn’t want to talk. I thought they opened earlier but she said “we’re barely opening the store if you call back later someone can help you”. I called at 8:54 and she said they open at 9 so I said okay I guess I’ll call back in six minutes? Maybe don’t answer the phone if you guys don’t attend to help customers until 9AM or “later” since I’m not sure what time later is for her? And there’s no need to be rude.
