I dropped by without making an appointment and Karla was amazing. She showed me a couple of units. I found my new temporary home. So excited. Was a very pleasant and professional experience.

Park Lane is a conveniently located community with lots of amenities and excellent floor plans. The leasing and maintenance staff are great and the community has online portals to facilitate work orders and payments etc. Great place to live!

A very nice community in a great location. Lots of amenities and very nice place to live. Close to I15, highway 89 and the new west highway so you can get anywhere very quickly or just walk down the path and you are in Farmington Station. Really fantastic!
